Very bad service,rooms are uncleaned and dirty washroom is also very uncleaned and uncomfortable.they don't provide good service even after take high charge plz don't go there many other hotels and lodges are also available there in Ujjain you can go their and find good rooms I again request to not go there in this hotel everest palace owner of the hotel is also misbehaved

1. Never entering this hotel again, The charges vary from customer to customer. 2. There's no respect for customers, they take your money and provide no service at all. 3. Washrooms are in poor condition 4. The owner has no basic respect and the behaviour of the staff is even worse. One day you'll get the result

Never go to this hotel i said never ever… Rudest staff behaviour. Ac remote not working, wifi not working, tv not working, dirty room, dirty washroom, used badsheets and towel. We were just half hour late for check out time still they charged half money of our booking price even they didn’t informed to check out time. Very bad behaviour

Very very poor service bed behaviour by owner. Room was dirty, tab continue running, bed sheet also dirty room was very smelly, totlly poor experience do not go there on any cost.

Very prominent location only 500m from mahakal temple. But rooms condition are not upto mark. Rooms are dirty as per price you pay and if you ordered something from hotel staff they will charge you a way more and non trustable person specially person named Vicky beware of that. Just talking sweetly don't fall with his way of talk. He is very cunning person. Hope hotel management should take action against him after this review.

Worst experience and very expensive.. Whole room is filled with water. Bed sheets are very dirty and smelly, a/c not working, and worst part of his rooms was washroom.

Rooms were not clean and there was smell in the room. Room service was totally bad. Room fare was very costly according to its condition.

Room are fine but Housekeeping is worst. Oyo and Goibibo are aware of many complaints but they do not take any Action. You have to run behind the reception for basic things, they may serve you the used bedsheets and Towels. Be Careful while check-in.
