Very bad rooms small room staff ko baat karte bhi ni atta. Horrible and dirty washroom and room. Its my suggestion please close you hotel if you are not able to mantain. And even they don’t know how to talk with guest.

Horrible , dirty , no amenities, you can not imagine anything worst than this do not be fooled by outside view of the building please stay away

All rickshaw pullers take all Ujjan tourists to this hotel, this hotel is close to Mahakal temple. But the facility here is not good. There is a lot of garbage in the room. Cleaning is not organized. There is no TV or WiFi. Staff not helpful. There are a lot of rats. Please don't go to this hotel.

It's actually no service after you take this room . No wifi, no tv , no generator now working charging port,very bad guest house I won't recommend at all

Rooms are ok but there is no service in the hotel. But its very near to the mahakaleshwar mandir. And if you have to stay only for 1-2 days then can go for it.

The guys to whom we asked for room was very arrogant as think he is having the only hotel room across ujjain. Though hotels where in high demand but he doesn't have manner to talk and was very rude. Initially he said a room for non AC @ 2000 so when is brought my luggage from the auto, he increased it to 2500 saying the price got hiked.

Nice place to stay. Rooms are neat and cozy. Staffs are good.

The staff is pretty much helpful I prefer room no.2 if you want to stay but please not order from there instead try to eat out.

The cheapest guest house in ujjain i mean 110 per person for an AC room and is near the mahakaleshwar Temple. We were on a trip with friends and we looking for rooms and the first one we tried is this guest house .. the 10 rs extra charge was because we needed extra mattresses because we were 10 people. But still a decent place and 1000 rs for a room for 10 people is not bad. And yes we rented only one room and all 10 of us can easily sleep for 1 night.
