Easily one of the worst stays our family has ever had. We went to dinner only to return to being locked out of room. We go to the front desk and initial response is well our manager won’t be in until the morning. We proceed to ask what they plan to do to get us in our room and the gentleman at the front desk proceeds to tell us he only works the front desk and can’t help. Can’t get a hold of a manager, but apparently maintenance was notified. An hour later we call the front desk and the front desk says it’s been fixed and he hangs up on us. We try the room again same issue. We then head downstairs only to see maintenance leave because they don’t have batteries on premise to replace the locks. Front desk against continues to laugh at our dilemma here offering no help. Continues to say I’m the middle man and management here is terrible. We ask for a time table as it’s approaching 8 pm. Maintenance get back only to find it’s not batteries. He has to climb to the 2nd floor and enter through the balcony. Front desk argues about putting us in a new room. Unwilling to talk to us about what will be done to accommodate our issue. Again, telling us we need to speak to a manager, I’m the middle man. Management here sucks. Long story, would not recommend staying here. Staff unfriendly and unwilling to help. Manager no where to be found. Talking to a guest who has stayed here for 18 years for his company travel he said these issues are common and happen all time. Only reason they stay here is because his company has it as a preferred hotel. Save your money and sanity go elsewhere!!!

The room was very nice. Extra large. Balcony was nice sitting out in the evening. Only thing I didn’t like it was quit always from the elevator. No place to sit to have breakfast. A lot of people sitting at tables and not even eating. But other then that a very pleasant place.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, have digital keys, you can check in and out with your phone on their app. Didn't even have to talk to anyone. When we came in, the guy did ask me if I needed anything. Very nice. Food was Great. Loved the cheese omelets with peppers and onions, oj, muffins, milk, and fruit choices of apples, bananas or oranges. So many choices. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone.

Loved, loved, loved my stay!! Beautiful hotel centrally located and close to the freeway. The lobby was very pretty and clean as were the rooms. There were 2 sinks in the room which was very nice and useful to us. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was great and clean. The decor was pretty, the amenities were perfect. I loved everything about this hotel. Across the street we have a Walmart and gas stations nearby. The pool was great and the little pond with coy fish was super cute. I had to leave super early in the morning and they had packed breakfast bags for the guests who couldn't stay for breakfast, which I thought was very sweet. I gladly took one and enjoyed it. A gem in Ukiah, highly recommend staying here.

Room had a nice view of the street below from a balcony. Overall nice spot for a night or 2.

Excellent experience! Beautiful breakfast spread, large tv, soft bed and pillow, I would pick this hotel over any other in Ukiah. All of the housekeeping staff were super sweet and did a very good job, whoever the lady running breakfast was amazing and made sure to keep everyone updated when fresh food would be coming and kept everyone hydrated! Robert at the front desk took good care of us and answered all of our silly questions. I wish I had gotten more names during my stay so I could put them here as everyone deserves to be mentioned. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in town!

One of the nicer Hampton Inns you will find. Nice koi pond, great warm pool. Nice place for pizza by the pool. Nice pool side views looking down on the pool if you ask or specifically book.

Great stay. Well kept rooms with a mini fridge, microwave, tv, and coffee maker. The wall shower nozel had several different spray options and hot water. Beautiful koi pond outside and the hot tub and pool were clean and great to use. I was on the second floor by the stairwell and it was very quiet. The free snacks when I checked in was a nice touch. There are no water bottles in the room, so you can get some from the front desk when you check in.

Got chargedbforn2 nights in the king suite and didn't get to stay because you're front desk person had told my wife our card was declined and wasn't going through. Come to find out $374 later for 2 nights in a king suite my card was charged and now I am screwed out of my money cause of straight laziness and lack of attention to her daily job duties of the front desk clerk

Beautiful and very clean hotel, spacious rooms with great view to the garden with fish. Very friendly and welcoming staff, tasty breakfast. I regret that we did not have time to check-out their hot-tube and the swimming pool.

Because of closures on 101 I needed to spend the night in Ukiah. Fortunately Hampton Court had an available room. The room was very clean, quiet and cozy with everything I needed. What I appreciated the most was the support and flexibility I received from Annette at the front desk. She had my back and made sure I had a place to stay if Caltrans hadn’t opened 101 the next day. Excellent customer service!

We stayed here to use some points and we had a Skunk Train booking. We've been to Ukiah before so we were familiar with the area (we stayed at the Fairfield Inn before). The location is good in that it's across the street from Walmart and close enough to downtown Ukiah where there are a bunch of dining choices. Good points: - 3rd floor rooms have a nice view of the courtyard/pool and the surrounding mountains - rooms are pretty spacious and have a fridge and microwave - shower pressure was strong (at least in our room) Not so good points: - A/C kept kicking on and off and didn't really keep the room that cool Overall it was a good hotel. We didn't use the pool, but families with kids really enjoyed it. We'd probably stay here again.

We had an amazing mini family vacation here while my husband was working. Beautiful property with everything you could need and more. We spent lots of time in the pool. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was great! We will be back next month.

Fraud alert. My credit card was charged three times for a one night stay. Two transactions were for a higher rate than I booked (by phone). One of the overcharges was credited to my credit card, the other transaction did not appear on the Hampton Inn records. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. If Hampton Inn was dealing honestly with me (and my credit card company), then I can only assume that the Hampton Inn needs to run tighter security over the personnel working the front desk. Save yourself the time and frustration of correcting false billing charges and stay somewhere else.

I enjoyed my stay here! The amenities here are A1 so is the service. If you forgot anything from toothbrush to shower cap they hot you covered. Complimentary breakfast is deeply varied. The fruit juice is good quality and the pool area had a nice ambiance

Very clean and comfortable! I enjoyed the breakfast! Friendly staff! Even the dog was comfortable, and she gets nervous about new places. We would stay again if in the area.

Nice location.. Tricky to exit left....rooms are renovated with a minimal drawer concept - so you're not as likely to leave things behind probably. Awesome hot tub and heated outdoor pool! First time I ever went swimming at 30ish degrees! Wifi and TV setup nicely provisioned.

Rooms were very comfortable and more than I was expecting. Had a king room with a balcony and fireplace, which really aided in evening relaxation. Breakfast was fresh and we'll stocked. Location was great as you were near several restaurants, highway 101, department stores and downtown Ukiah. Will stay again if back in the area.

This is the nicest Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are large, they have high ceilings, and they have crown molding. What’s more, is that there is a little patio or balcony associated with each room.

THIS IS A 5 STAR HOTEL! The reviews of anything bad is not true!!!! This hotel is clean and service is great! Everyone is nice and the rooms are so clean I didn’t have to clean it. The pool was super nice and hot tub was great! I recommend staying here!!

Staff were delightful, location is ideal if visiting the area, best Hampton breakfast we've seen during our month long trip. Lovely public seating areas and a fish pond too in the courtyard where there is also a swimming pool nearby. Quiet and peaceful.
