have
been

regular
at
Jack's
Coffee
x
Nitro
B
for
quite
some
time,
drawn
in
by
their
excellent
coffee
and
friendly
service.
The
baristas
are
skilled,
and
the
atmosphere
is
usually
welcoming.
However,
I
recently
had
an
unexpected
encounter
that
left
me
with
mixed
feelings.
During
one
visit,
I
spotted
a
mouse
inside
the
coffee
shop.
Concerned
for
the
hygiene
of
the
place,
I
promptly
reported
it
to
the
administration.
To
my
surprise,
the
response
was
less
than
positive.
The
manager
seemed
upset
and
defensive,
which
made
the
situation
a
bit
uncomfortable.
Despite
this,
I
insisted
that
addressing
the
issue
was
essential
for
the
reputation
of
the
establishment.
After
a
somewhat
tense
conversation,
I
suggested
temporarily
closing
the
coffee
shop
for
a
thorough
cleaning.
The
manager
reluctantly
agreed,
assuring
me
that
they
would
reach
out
after
the
cleaning
was
complete.
Unfortunately,
I
never
received
that
follow-up
call.
Disappointed
by
the
lack
of
communication,
I
decided
to
change
my
go-to
location
for
coffee.
While
Jack's
Coffee
x
Nitro
B
holds
a
special
place
in
my
heart
for
its
great
coffee
and
service,
the
handling
of
the
hygiene
issue
left
me
with
reservations
about
its
overall
management
and
customer
care.
I
hope
the
management
takes
this
feedback
constructively
to
maintain
the
high
standards
that
attracted
me
to
their
establishment
in
the
first
place.
