Great coffee, atmosphere and location. The staff was friendly. I will be back for sure. Try the Flying Hirsch Cocktail. Simple and Delicious. Upstairs balcony area was great for the spring and summer time periods. You can watch new artist creating murals in the area.

If u like crowded noisy place This place perfectly fit for u. Also it has terrace where u can smoke😁. Coffee here is really good and they sales coffee beans also this place has many branches all over UB. In UB there is few coffee shops have good beans and roast professionally. Jack’s coffee is one of them

The 2 star is for the interior and creativity of the design. Coffee: Just like the rest of all cafes, need to dial in their shots. Not extracting properly: bitter, too acidic. Doesn't seem to have specific recipe they follow. As for sitting in, not sure but just like rest of the review, smell seemed to be the issue.

Very central. Good place to catch up with friends and hang out, especially in summer time nice to sit outside. They have good coffee and cold drinks. Recommend it!

Comfy&cozy, but more like a lounge in the evening. They serve soft alcohols(cocktail , beer, wine). Song choices are different everyday according to the barista . Sometimes there are events

I have been a regular at Jack's Coffee x Nitro B for quite some time, drawn in by their excellent coffee and friendly service. The baristas are skilled, and the atmosphere is usually welcoming. However, I recently had an unexpected encounter that left me with mixed feelings. During one visit, I spotted a mouse inside the coffee shop. Concerned for the hygiene of the place, I promptly reported it to the administration. To my surprise, the response was less than positive. The manager seemed upset and defensive, which made the situation a bit uncomfortable. Despite this, I insisted that addressing the issue was essential for the reputation of the establishment. After a somewhat tense conversation, I suggested temporarily closing the coffee shop for a thorough cleaning. The manager reluctantly agreed, assuring me that they would reach out after the cleaning was complete. Unfortunately, I never received that follow-up call. Disappointed by the lack of communication, I decided to change my go-to location for coffee. While Jack's Coffee x Nitro B holds a special place in my heart for its great coffee and service, the handling of the hygiene issue left me with reservations about its overall management and customer care. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively to maintain the high standards that attracted me to their establishment in the first place.

I went there to do some homework. I only ordered coffee so idk about the food but the atmosphere was great, the service was good too and the price was reasonable

Wouldnt recommend. Full of smokers and rude talkers. The costumers are mostly teens who constantly use bad words lol. The coffee is okay, but the service struggles. The cashier has a pretentious attitude.
