Very beautiful place, excellent service. The pools were very relaxing after a day of adventures in the wild. The burger was also very good. I would come back for sure.

Do not come to this place. They charge you for bracelets even if you don't go to the pool. Not accommodating at all at the restaurant. THE POOL IS NOT COVERED. Only 2 little pools are covered, but they are not enclosed. Big pool area but only 2 tiny pools are heated.

Amazing facility and amazing service!!! 10/10 would recommend trying this place if you’re in Banos! It’s only a short drive from the downtown area. There are 2 cold pools (one colder than the other), nearly 10 hot tubs in all different levels with spouts to massage your neck or back. There is a steam room and a sauna. There’s a complementary beverage with the entry fee to the pools! You do not have to be a hotel guest to come enjoy the facility for the day. There is also an amazing courtyard area to sit and relax. This is my first time to Banos and I went twice in one week! I believe we paid around $15 on the weekday and $21 on the weekend per adult.

I will start by saying that this place is very overpriced you can get a better experience at a better place than hers, the place is not well maintained and their staff are really condescending. I came here with my family for vacation and we just lasted 1 night. First this place is not handicapped friendly the only accommodation they have is the ramp other than that the rooms are uncomfortable and really unsafe as I felt thru the room stairs while they were showing us the room. Second they will interrupted your stay with non sense policy’s that they come up as the please “ they say that the place is a relaxing spa but they have rock music and sell beer” but you are not even allow to listen to your own music on your phone. (Low volume) You can drink inside of the pool but you cannot even eat on the edge of the pool. And last but not least they will force all their guest to go inside their rooms by 11 and you cannot come out until next day. I hope their owner gets to see this review because from what I was told the last 8 months this place has been going down the hill with the rude general manager they have and this absurd “policy” they have in place I’m pretty sure numbers are reflecting on this reviews. Remember we are guest spending our hard earned money we choose to do business with you we could have pick any other resort around the area and let me mention they are plenty of them.

We went to enjoy the jacuzzis, wonderful time with friends. The appetisers we ordered were overpriced and not great.

We love their pools and complimentary alcoholic beverage.
