One of the best and budget function hall in this location. Price was very reasonable and maintenance is really good. I can recommend this hall for all kind of function. Thank you Mr. Kamaraj

This hall is very near to medavakkam main road and just before Ullagaram oil mill bus stop. Hall is rectangle in size with the stage in center, which can accommodate 75 to 100 people and completely air conditioned. Ground floor is for parking, which can accomodate 10 cars and 20 bikes. Only one room is available in function hall with attached bathroom, which can either used by groom side or bride side. Three common bathrooms available in the ground floors for the visitors. Dining hall is in second floor, which can accomodate 60 to 70 people at a time. Lift facility is available, which will help old age people. In the third floor u have couple of rooms for stay, which is good. This is newly built building, so they have considered all the factors. Stair case is spacious to bring big kitchen utensils. Overall it is good to host all small functions like puberty, engagements, baby showering, birthday and other small functions.

Convenient hall for small marriages, and other functions. Car Parking for 10 cars and bike parking for 15. Only drawback is small street on both sides of entry.
