First of all I am a big fan of Joe & the Juice and frequent the OSL airport location often. I was absolutely horrified to see that the employees were taking apples from this same basket of rotten apples, without checking, and putting them straight into the blender. There were three baskets and all of them totally filled with rotten apples. I hope this is properly addressed because it’s not ok and not safe.

I really like Joe & the juice but unfortunately this location doesn’t do them justice. We ordered toasties and juices, the toasties - they only toasted the bread so the rest of the sandwich was cold. The juices were great though. We ate in, but everything was just a bit unclean - the tables, chairs and floors all needed a sweep and wipe down.

Bought a juice and a milkshake here at Joe & The Juice Gardermoen Oslo. Clean and comfort space, friendly staff that helped me to choose the right flavour combination. Quick service by delivering correct flavour.

Everything super tasty here - sandwiches, yoghurt with granola, cortado. Great atmosphere as well. Strongly recommend especially if your flight is delayed or you just arrived and want to grab something

Doesn’t mean your customers don’t speak your language you can just laugh and talk about them. Instead help them with their orders. Me myself understand norsk and speak little just so you know. So I understand how you laughed and talk about me. Actually it’s not so big deal asking about the drink that I wish to order. Next time be nice and helpful to your customers. Have a good day.

The Worse branch ever, the lad take our order then a girl came late and after he prepared the juice and the sandwich both of them didnt call my name and they completed more than 5 orders after ours, untill i noticed the cold sandwitch at the top of the counter with the juice, the lad didnt prepare the coffee latte yet and he was given two other people priority over us... when i told her she didn't even apologise neither him they try to provoke me but i controlled myself, what kind of unprofessional staff been hired by a worldwide company, after this incident nither of us will go to any branch of joe and the juice since they hired such a racist incompetent people,we are done.

All I can say is bad service. Long waiting time, rude employees which also messes up orders. Wouldn’t recommend

Super slow service. Waiting for sandwich 15min when it’s just a third order and two bored people behind the bar.

Der Juice hier war ganz in Ordnung und auch über die Bedienung kann man nicht meckern. Das Küchlein war aber allerhöchstens Durchschnitt. Wie schon von anderen angemerkt, ist es mit der Sauberkeit nicht weit her. Die Tische waren nicht sauber und während der ganzen Zeit, in der wir dort sassen, habe ich nie einen Mitarbeiter gesehen, der einen Rundgang gemacht und die Tische geputzt hätte.

Wir kamen beide mit einer Magenverstimmung aus dem Urlaub. Der Verdacht liegt auf diesem Laden im Auslandsterminal, wo wir beide einen Smoothie und exakt das gleiche Lachsbrötchen konsumiert haben.

I ordered pumpkin spice latte via app but when I arrived it turned out they didn't have it. Such a pity, maybe there's a way to make it show in the app? Other than that, the place was spotless clean so it was pleasant to wait and enjoy my acai bowl. Top tip: 1. Pre-order using the Joe&Juice app - the place can get quite busy. 2. Seriously consider adding extra banana in acai, there are only a few slices in the basic version.

Banana bread and the great shield was a great snack. I liked the fast service and smiling staff, though the tables around the corner were not so clean, I guess it was a busy hour.

I found norwegian people very nice and polite. Unfortunately we had an awful experience in the Gardermoen airport. Not only the place is very dirty, something atypical in Norway, the staff is very rude and don't follow a proper hygiene protocol to handle things. Today, 21st December, I was with my kids checking the menu, when the lady who preparer the juices talk to us in a very rude way. She was very disrespectful in her approach to us. Very disappointed. Not recommended the place.
