Dr Aliff and the front staff Suba have been helpful to my mum and my needs. Both of us needed nebulizers a day apart from each other and Family Care have the nebulizer equipment. Both Dr. Aliff and Suba were attentive and helpful to our needs. Family care 24hrs is much recommended.

the staff at the counter is unfriendly AT ALL. The doctor is nice and friendly though, very patient when he listened to my concerns & also gave explanations. It’s just that the medical fees were way too expensive - rm240 for diarrhoea. He also gave me alot of pills for similar usage which idk if everything is actually necessary or redundant?
