Mee
siam
arrived
almost
immediately
but
fried
meat
arrived
approximately
10
mins
later
so
by
the
time
I
am
almost
done
with
the
mee
siam
-
feedback
from
the
lady
boss:
it
is
normal
for
this
to
happen
because
mee
siam
is
pre-fried
but
they
need
to
dry
the
meat
before
serving.
And
if
YOU
want
then
next
time
they
will
serve
both
at
the
same
time
-suggested
to
her
that
they
should
probably
serve
both
mee
siam
and
fried
meat
together
or
minimise
the
serving
time
in
between
because
probably
all
customers
order
fried
meat
mee
siam
to
enjoy
the
mee
siam
together
with
fried
meat
instead
of
finish
a
plate
of
plain
mee
siam
first
then
only
have
the
fried
meat.

long
after
everything
else
is
served.
When
I
queried
the
waiter
why
the
long
waiting
time
he
just
unapologetically
said
they
have
problem
with
hot
water.
