Just like any regular KFC outlet. We ordered three zinger boxes each costing 289 rupees. The burger is best that you can find anywhere. Chicken wings were tender and the fries crispy. The rush in this outlet is comparatively less than the others in the area.

As usual tasty zinger burger…. Atmosphere was a bit hot, don’t know if the A/C was working or not… but food was good 👍🏻

The best part of KFC is that be it on any corner of the world, you are promised of the same taste. And easy on pocket too if you happen to be traveling alone... As usual to other KFC outlets across the country but the only issue being that most of the food on the menu would not be available and you will have to settle for whatever is available instead of what you wish to have. little disappointing. This outlet is located at the Grand Plaza, AT Road Paltan bazar. It has a separate entrance on the front of the plaza. It is in two floor format. Service counter on the ground floor and seating on the first, along with the beverages counter.It is self-service. It has lot of well spaced out comfortable seating. The service is good and the food the standard KFC fare. There is a hand-wash on the first floor. The outlet is close to the railway station, a saviour for the KFC fans.

This is the first KFC outlet in the city.. Attracts a huge amount of crowd on a daily basis.. Very popular amongst the teenagers.. Staffs are well trained and well behaved.. Seating arrangement is also good... Both cash and cards are accepted here.. There is no wheel chair accessible entrance though.. Environment is cosy.. Overall it is quite a good and cheerful place to enjoy a quick bite or even to dine in with friends and family...

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool. Food is pretty good and tasty. As they say it's finger licking good, definitely it was finger licking good. I order large combo meal which has enough quantity for 2-3 people. You can also click very good pictures of yours there.

One of the best outlet of KFC in the city, but the billing system is not satisfactory as they don't provide any bills. Other than that the food is as always just finger licking 😋 In frame : Tandoori Zinger burger 🍔 meal that has regular pepsi and french fries 🍟 with it, Popcorn Nacho wings, Boneless Stripes and Virgin Mojito 🥤

I went to this KFC, a big brand, but it was a terrible experience. The AC wasn't working, and it was really hot inside. They didn't have any way to make customers comfortable. It's a serious issue because people spend a lot on their meals, and the management needs to take care of this

Date: 27 march 2023. Worst experience ever. The area was smelling so bad ( like rotten chicken) and AC was not working. It was so suffocating inside. Cant imagine to have food in such a bad environment. We therefore came out, crossed the road and had a good meal in burger king. Last time when I went there, innovation was going on so I understand the reason for ac not working . But now whats the reason behind it? Also the smell is unforgettable. Such a bad smell. Felt like vomiting. Nevere ever gonna visit this outlet.

This KFC outlet is the oldest outlet of Guwahati. Situated in Ulubari area, nearby Vinayak Furnishings. The service is not as expected and not at par as earlier. The hygiene standards can be improved. The staff behavior can definitely be improved. Food quality is just like any other KFC outlet. The sitting area is not well kept and some of the furniture needs to be changed. The only good thing about this KFC outlet is the food waiting time. They have express delivery and food is usually delivered in 7-8 mins. Average experience!

I felt like their taste degraded compared to the last time i visited. The staff were also busy in their own fantasy. They took extra time to serve our orders.

Very poor service, not maintain proper sequences. Servicing parcels first, ignoring 1st come 1st serve. Not acceptable. They Serving us food after 40 mins and after repeatedly follow up.

First time in Sista’z and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again, The ambiance is very welcoming and charming.

One of the worst fel very systems "KFC, Ulubari". Beware those who order through Swiggy and Zomato from here, they will not give the complete delivery of items and when refund is asked ,they will blame the delivery executive of having stolen the food. Completely pathetic state of affairs here, with no accountability and if you are ordering from here, they will make sure that some items are missing, so that they can gain undue profits. And worse they won't pick up your calls if you have any issue with the missing items. The staff at this KFC should be given a lecture on serving complete orders and acting smart and intentionally not giving all the items, especially in online deliveries since the the customer herein can't approach them directly. Didn't have 0 stars, so gave 1. Ask the concerned authority at the KFC to improve and take note of these things.

Not one solid pc of chicken popcorn has been provided in my order that cost me nearly 250 rupees. Shameful practices adopted by Kfc Ulubari Guwahati and I wish the worst of fortune and health to those involved in such blatant fraud.

Just ordered through Zomato, and the quality of food has improved after the coming of MCD and Burger King. The quality and packaging felt fresh and proper. Keep it up.

The other staff were all good and decent leaving the guy taking Mr Biprajit ,the order the way he behaved to get the order placed was totally not bearable and quite rude
