Very Beautiful temple on the bank of Ganges

Kali Maa, Mela, and Ganga Nadi Uluberia Kalibari is a beautiful temple of maa kali. A good time to visit is during aarti or pooja. This place is easily accessible. On the banks of River Hooghly sits a sacred Hindu goddess temple Uluberia Kalibari. As the name suggests, this temple is dedicated to a powerful Hindu goddess Maa Kali. The temple is beautiful and flocked in great numbers by the Kali devotees. One must visit this sacred temple during their trip to Howrah to seek blessings from the powerful goddess Maa Kali. The temple holds an annual celebration Rasmela on its premises for 30 days. Anyone can visit the temple with family and spend one hour. A beautiful view of the river Ganges can be seen here, you can bathe in the river. There are many food stalls in the temple grounds, you can eat if you want. A large number of visitors come here when Ras Mela takes place.

I am giving 1 star because only of this Temple, another 4 star not giving for environment out side of Temple. I visited last Sunday of July 30, There is very bad environment out side of temple. Front of teample at parking area the parking man smoking any time, many visitors are consuming tabacco, many teen ages are using dirty languages out side of temple, many boyes are toning girls. I think is not a good environment for a family or children. Temple commitee and local administration need should be action. 🙏🙏

This is a nice place. It is a famous Hindu temple of uluberia in howrah. There have a big ghat of Ganges river and It is located beside the temple. Raas festival is held here.

Really this temple is just beautiful! The mind is filled by seeing the statue of Kali, Shiva and Gour nitai and Lord Krishna.There is a beautiful peace in the temple premises! The river Ganga flowing by the side soaks our minds. Must visit.

Just enjoyed spending time at this soothing place with a devotional atmosphere around engulfed my mind, mainly because of 'Raash Utsav' here which has been started as of now. Uluberia Kalibari situated next to River Ganges attracts large crowd from surrounding areas of Howrah and Batanagar also oppositely situated Budge Budge. During this winter time in mid-November or December this Utsav happens and the crowd are just uncountable. Also visited Kali Mandir. If u get time, pls visit this place. It will definitely refresh ur mind 🙏🏻

A big fair is held here once a year. This fair lasts for quite some days . The name of this fair is Rashmela.

Very good place for visit. 10 minutes from Uluberia Railway Station. Auto, Toto also avaiable. here. It exist on very good place beside Ganges Rives. River view place is too good. Lot of Temple exist here. You must visit Sandhya Arati here. Car parking available here. Roads are too gathering. Must visit here .

A perfect example of natural beauty but need some improvement like keeping the toilets clean etc. But its perfect place to worship.

This Mandir is a good place but their environment is not so good.

Nice place. The temple is very peaceful. Though it get crowded during festive seasons.
