WOW! Vilket fantastiskt hotell 🤎🤍 Känslan, inredningen, rummen, maten, drycken (och allt annat) var av absoluta toppklass och helt magiskt 👌🏻 Även servicen och all personal var förstklassig; så oroligt trevliga, engagerade, glada och professionella. Och med stans enda takbar och det mysiga SPA’t så måste alla bara avlägga ett besök på Clarion Umeå. Klart bästa hotellet i stan 🤍🫶🏻

Spent the extra money on this hotel to hopefully guarantee a good night's rest, but that's not what happened at all. Loud clubbing outside the window, you can hear everything in the hallway so, good luck sleeping in past 6am. We also heard clear Gunshots (no, not a car misfiring or fireworks) in the city which definitely made me feel unsafe. When going over what went wrong with the service agent during check out she offered free breakfast at any of the Nordic Hotel locations, which just seemed like she was offering a coupon that I had to redeem at their locations, so I'd basically just go spend more money at their locations. I also conveyed that I didn't mean for any of my complaints to be taken personally, to which she responded "I know, I wasn't here last night and I wasn't clubbing". This made me more upset than anything, so thanks Sivi at the checkout desk, hope to not cross your path again.

Nice, modern hotel with everything you need. Feels very new. And the breakfast buffet was good. Also has a SPA in-house, which is nice of you are the type of person who go to SPAs.

Was at the skybar for some beers. Nice atmosphere. Nice view over the city from the terrasse outside. Will try the lobby bar next time.

Trevligt hotell, fin och hjälpsam personal, trevliga rum och årets godaste äggröra på frukostbuffén! ”Minusstjärna” för totalt oengagerad barpersonal. Reser i tjänsten och kommer mest troligt både bo här igen och rekommendera hotellet till andra.

Härlig miljö och atmosfär samt fina rum. Provade lunchen som var otroligt god, bra lobby för både socialt umgänge och arbeta. Men viktigast av allt är personalen som var otroligt service minded!

Supernöjd! Nu var det "bara" en natt! Kuddarna/sängarna var så sköna, sov som en kung. Vaknade, och åt den absolut bästa frukosten någonsin! En äggröra perfekt i min smak, fanns allt och lite till.. ! Återkommer och hoppas det blir snart.

Came here for a short overnight stay to take the train in the morning that got delayed, hoping for a good night sleep.. there was loud music until late in the night that kept me awake for so long.. if that wasnt there the stay was good but now it was horrible.. not worth my money at all
