The On-go-breakfast @ R64 is value for money. However, there wasn't a vegetarian substitute for the eggs. I ordered the roasted vegetable galette, which was tasty, but the carrots were very hard. Service was good. Enjoyed sitting out in the warm winter sunshine.

I had a business meeting this afternoon and since it was just two of us and informal I decided to use Mugg & Bean at The Crescent Mall. I quite enjoy the alfresco open air atmosphere. The meeting went well and my objects were achieved. However I was not in the least impressed with Mugg & Bean. The outer seating area was littered with used serviettes and till slips. There was even a broom and dust laying unattended. The service was very slow. So slow that on arrival of my meal my coffee was cold. My client wanted Earl Gery Tea - they did not have. I wanted lite meal and ask them to make me a croissant with ham and cheese, which I usually have at other branches. They did not have. If the manager was proactive she should have brought some from Pick n Pay next door and made it but then again people in our service industry these days show no innovation through customer service. To top it all the huge umbrella fell onto us while we were eating. Luckily we avoid serious injuries. But here again I had to pick it up before any staff member can to our assistance. I was really not impressed with the all-round service received today. Not recommend.

The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The place is always nice and clean, it's a pleasure to eat here. Well done and keep it up.... TEAM👍👏🤗

Not a heavily visited Centre but the Mugg and Bean adds a good resolve to having coffee and a fairly good seating while there. Centre is a purpose driven visit so if in the area and In need, there is a M&B there.

I stopped there while my car was at the dealership for a service. Place was still quiet. Service was awesome. Staff were very friendly, food was fresh and boiling hot. Didnt take long at all to come. I ordered a toasted chicken and mayo, with extra cheese and mushroom. It was awesome. Also the new cherry chocolate ice drink was nice too.

The smile on Sino was as warm as my breakfast 👌 💯 🍳 definitely recommend this branch and Sinobuhle as your waitress if you're looking for exceptional customer care and good food with an atmosphere that's perfect for your morning start before hitting the office. Thank you Mugg & Bean Team 👍
