Good location and coffee. However, this store doesn't have enough staff, only 1 person taking orders, making coffee and delivering, making the queue very long. But honestly, that person is a super batista, he does all of this with a smile and amazing attitude

Didn’t like staff attitude - very indifferent, unwelcoming, and non conversational. Observed her rudely correcting her colleagues in front of customers which made it awkward for me. Wasn’t used to that poor customer experience. Sure that it was a one off incident - still loving the brand and product quality but will be avoiding that store.

It was the closest to my hotel, but for sure I knew that I will have good quality coffee which I did. They were very nice, professional and cooperation the employees in the shop. I tried to have Something such as Sandwich but unfortunately they don't have different selections or choices. I took bagel with creamy cheese and the bagel was hard to eat, and I need to put my cheese in the bagel by myself which I wish that they do that next time similar to other coffee shops. Again very good place and coffees 😇😇😇

This is my favorite caffe with professional and kind staff. Great taste coffee in one of the prime locations of Costa chain. It’s suitable for my meetings and remote office spot.

The coffee was good, but the croissant was old, really hard! I asked to return and the sales person didn’t know what to do, so he basically ignored my request and then offered to warm it up. Not to bring him trouble I accepted but what a mistake, it just continued tasteless, old and burning hot.

Excellent service as usual. My wife forgot her phone on the table. We realized after an hour, called them and the staff was waiting for us! They deserve an applause 👏👏

Good coffee and nice place

Popped in here the other week after doing my grocery shopping. The man who served me was really friendly and welcoming which was super nice. My order was made quickly and was just what I needed as a quick pick me up!

The attitude of your employee called A is not acceptable at all, first i was asking for the cup size and she ignore me like i was not ordering and she serve me a boiling hot cafe latte when i take it back for her she argued me that is regular heat of hot latte ( literally if you your finger will melt ) and then she treated me so poorly rolled her eyes and laughed and didn’t not apologize for the mistake She just ask if she make it again which is obvious It like she doesn’t want to work and she forced to do it There are many other welcoming and well behaved workers deserves this job Not ordering if she is there ever again I have never faced such an attitude as a customer before
