Wow! Really incredible experience, totally immersive and really impressive. Each room has a totally different type of exhibit, so listen to the staff and follow the suggested route. Make sure to watch the full shows in each room to get the full experience (you'll need 1hr minimum to fully enjoy). Try to come when there are no crowds - much better for pics/videos and only having the music to hear with the exhibits.

WOW what can I say about this place! Situated in Wafi Mall this amazing museum is a must see. Each room has a different theme and each room is stunning. Lights and images set to music with shapes makes this a truly enjoyable place to go for all ages. You get a passport with stickers, once you go to a room you add the correct sticker so it’s a great way to keep the kids engaged. Highly recommend this place A warning though if you have photo sensitive epilepsy this is not the place for you

What a great experience! The attention to details is incredible. The passport that they give on entering is a marvelous idea to keep track of what you visited as well as a souvenir. All the guides that helped us from the entrance and even inside were friendly. But I would like to mention Shanon that guided us at the end, she is super friendly and have great personality.

Welcome to a pavilion that celebrates the cosmos and less-known dimensions beyond the stars. It is indeed unique, taking visitors to a different immersive experience with elaborate pyrotechnics and installations, one does not have to have real interest in such dimensions to enjoy the attention to detail and thought put into. It is divided into multiple rooms each representing a realm from the source to the waterfalls and others, in which each section demonstrates its unique story. Uniformed staff are at hand to direct and explain to visitors. An hour is enough to enjoy the entire pavilion but you may take as long as you like and one doesn't feel rushed. Strongly advise to buy tickets online from their website or other third-party applications where offers may be available

My experience at AYA was amazing thanks to the wonderful staff that made it such a POD-friendly visit. There are 12 zones inside so make sure you visit each one and get some cool pictures and fill your AYA passport. I would recommend visiting early in the day as it does tend to get crowded in the evening.

This place was incredible. I wasn't expecting much from this location, but it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. At its best, this is a fantastic immersive art and visuals experience. It's as if you've stepped into another world. The staff was extremely friendly, and we followed the staff-recommended route. There are 12 different rooms to cover. Each room is distinct and equally lovely. The experience captured on film does not even begin to capture the magnitude of what we experienced. I highly recommend this establishment. In addition, as a souvenir, you will receive an AYA passport

It was a very good immersive experience and I liked the different areas and the textures, and the interaction. However, I feel some of the staff need to be more helpful as at certain parts it was difficult to navigate as there was not great signage. So, I would recommend that could be improved upon, to make it a better experience. But as you can see from the photos we had an amazing time and enjoyed it immensely. Thank you for the experience. 👍

Great experience! Very innovative and artistic! It really is like stepping into a new world. I honestly wish there were more rooms. We basically ran through all of them in less than an hour. The ticket price was reasonable but we also had a discount. It’s definitely an experience so I would recommend visiting. Sharing a few photos as I don’t want to spoil the experience

I had an amazing experience to AYA. As a solo visitor I enjoyed and Karim (staff there) made many photos and videos for me. He was nice and friendly. Even let me know that I can do another tour and stay as long I wished. Each room was so beautiful and send you in another universe. Thank you AYA!

It was a breathtaking experience. It is themed as an extraterrestrial experience… somehow “Star Wars” style. You are provided by an AYA passport with stickers for each room to keep track of the rooms you have been in. For each room, the passport tells you what to expect and what interactive features there are. Mirrors, lights and sounds make it a remarkably outstanding and relaxing experience.

Great place to spend around 1-2 hrs along with 💃 kids. We have also been to teamlabs in Tokyo recently and found Aya to be slightly better in experience. It is currently less crowded but the area seemed less for a larger crowd if comes in the future. The staff is friendly and even offered to click a few pics for you.

I just loved it. The concept is truly mind blowing. Some rooms are not much but overall it's truly amazing. Psychedelic experience or something from other universe it was truly incredible. I loved the tides, harmonia, flora, falls and luna were outstanding; rest were fine or maybe something more can be can done within those. But overall i loved it and still I can't get out of the colours and the mesmerising effect of AYA on my mind 😄. But really an outstanding piece of art and amusement by the creators and designers. Best of luck for more.

The experience was truly breathtaking. The themed environment was mesmerizing, enhanced by the provision of an AYA passport adorned with stickers for each room, allowing you to keep track of your journey. The passport guides you through each room, detailing what to expect and highlighting interactive features. The combination of mirrors, lights, and sounds creates an outstanding and remarkably relaxing ambiance. The beauty of it is so captivating that we simply don't want to leave. This place is an absolute must visit.

What an amazing experience in AYA universe !!! ✨ It really exceeded my expectations so far! From beginning we've received a little AYA passport (that later becomes a memory ✨) with some little stickers to stick on the right page to mark it as done after each rooms visited. It has many different rooms with themes, different universes, lights, sensation, smokes, scent, sounds and musics... ✨✨✨ it is really nice experience and indoor activity to do . I really enjoyed visiting it, and taking photos and videos. It's pretty fun and definitely recommend it.😊✨

Out of the world audio Visual experience. Every space is beautifully designed. One of the best places opened for all in the city. No time limit , can take good amount of time to experience every room and the staff guides everyone around patiently. Must visit !

Nice way to hide from the summer heat. I spent almost 2 hours. You can speed through it, or linger a bit longer, but I found 2 hours was a good amount of time. There are 12 realms.. with different vibes in each realm. Soundtrack overall had an ethereal quality, sometimes energetic and often soothing. There are some flashing moments, but even with this being a migraine trigger, I didn't find it too intense or startling. Quite sweet there are numerous colleagues scattered about that are very helpful and saw them taking nice reels for visitors. (An aside,, being in the industry I am, the uniforms were very well designed. Simple, very thematic, looked comfortable and easy care.)

Had a wonderful encounter here. Because of the sights and effects, it seems like an entirely new universe. This is a great destination if you're seeking for images or videos for Instagram. The personnel here is incredibly nice and friendly. They'll show you around and make sure you have a nice time in each room. Each of the staff members were excellent and even volunteered to take pictures of me when I arrived alone since I was touring Dubai during my layover. In particular, Angel Madrigal was so kind and welcoming that she truly enhanced my experience at AYA Universe.

Amazing ! Highly recommended! EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TIP! ** Avoid the weekends and afternoons** It will be crowded n impossible to enjoy. Try to attend early in the morning n during the week days. Buy online n bring your tripods. Stunning, it's a quick trip to Pandora planet (Avatar movie). Adults and kids will enjoy it.

Such a fun place if you like light installations, futuristic lasers, optical illusions. I loved it. The staff are really helpful for photos and videos if you’re alone. The cosmic theme of the entire is truly out of this world!

It’s quite an experience. They have multiple areas within this premises. There are 12 different light and mirror shows on 12 different themes and each show is specifically set to signify those themes. There are few shows which might not be so interesting but few of the other shows are really amazing. It’s a good experience. If you are visiting Dubai., take some time out and experience this place. No need to buy ticket in advance. Just reach the location and get tickets from counter. I would totally recommend this place.

It is located within Wafi Mall. An impressive light show consisting of various concept rooms. You visit all the concept rooms in turn. Very suitable for families with children. If you are going to use public transportation, you may need to use connecting metro lines and walk a little.

Amazing experience. The light animation is awesome. There are different 12 zones inside the AYAsuch as Luna, Drift, Source, Outland, Celestia, Pool etc. You must visit each of them and fill your AYA passport. All zones have different themes and sound-light so visit each and every one. Take beautiful pictures for your memory. The staffs are very helpful and also take your pictures if you want and also suggest poses to take photos. Overall, visit experience is great.

AYA Universe, located in Wafi Dubai Mall is a trip to a beautiful universe. Taking into a digital journey through cutting-edge technology and all-enveloping interactive experiences at the 40,000 sq ft. Experience the magic of 12 fully interactive zones and get to explore observatories, light-filled gardens, and rivers that generate pools as you journey through the different zones. It’s surely a photo-worthy experience. 😍🔥

A light and sound attraction. A couple of attractions were nice but the rest are just average. The entry charge isn't justifiable at all. After visiting similar places and attractions at expo2020 in Dubai, the Atomium in Brussels, I think this place is sort of a let down.

This wonderment exhibition is really nicely done. A must-see. Do really take it in. Fun for the whole family. And if you like special selfies seems the place to go. You get a discount with a Emirates boarding pass and passport.

I would definitely recommend this experience but I do think you should go either early or late as otherwise there are a lot of kids around- I mean this in terms of if you're going for instragrammable pictures. There are lots of rooms and lots of different types of vibes and all of them are so interesting. Take your time in each room, stay for a whole 10-15 minutes to really absorb the atmosphere. It's awesome.

  • 5/5 Rachita S. 7 months ago on Google
It was a great experience. Each room is a unique experience, designed with such creativity that you feel like you're in different worlds. The lighting sets the mood perfectly, adding an extra layer of magic to the stay.

AYA provides an immersive world utilizing combination of designs, sounds and lights. There are around nine (9) unqiue rooms of which each one gives you a totally different experience. The place is great but may not be suitable for senior people or very young children. It doesn’t compare to other similar places such as Amaze in Amsterdam but it still provides a great experience with a reasonable price.

What a fantastic immersive experience we had at Aya! It is a must go for people who love to see the play of lights and sound. Staff was so welcoming and courteous. Mr. Courage helped us with a lot of information and suggested some super cool angles for our insta pics :) Would love to go back again for sure. Overall 10/10 for the experience, ambience, service, and staff.

The experience was one of a kind. The brilliant lights and bright colors give a different kind of feeling. All of the staff are very helpful and accommodating, they let us know the best spot and shots in each part of the universe. Prudence who has given us a tour in Luna is very kind and pleasant.
