The best hotel that we stayed.. kitchen, toilets, rooms, living and dining area are all clean and big. We stayed in their residence with 3bedroom, 3 t&b, living room and kitchen for 9 persons last June 18, 2022 for 1 night. We are satisfied with the service and also we stayed on the 23rd floor and they gave us a beautiful view from the top. They even gave us 1hr extension on our check out time. Our experienced in this hotel is superb! Thank you.

Wonderful choice in Dubai . not far from airport and other attractions. Next to Medical square where there are several hospitals nearby. The room has wonderful creek view . There is a park and dolphins show across the street. The room is very clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet is one of the best I experienced. Staff are super kind and helpful.

Hotel is beautiful. Close to glow park and Dubai frame. Staff is friendly. However services are very slow. If you’ll ask for something they might provide for it once the need is over. We didn’t get the basic stuff like toothpaste and tooth brush on arrival. 1 washroom had this foul smell but they gave us automatic fragrance machine that made the smell go away in a few hours. We had booked a residence room, 105 sqm, it was worth the money. Staff was very friendly. Big compliments to the guy in charge downstairs at breakfast who arranged a bowl with white rice for my wife every day. Much appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and will remember for ever. Only management need to work hard for a new plan for the new years eve party, because this was very lame. Too much space, music way too loud (I am not old, but it was way too loud) missing seats in the hall. And the entertainment can be much better considering the price we had to pay mandatory. A bit more creativity on that, people dress up for a party so dress up the place as well. For the rest no complains. Free parking was also very good. Happy new year staff!!! You did well.

(+) the location near the airport and quiet place. Nice lobby. Room large and clean. Bed mattress is comfy. Staff are nice. (-) The breakfast buffet has little variety. The bathroom is small and bath towels are old and some of them derty. For my room the TV location in the room are bad.

Let me start with the lobby and it’s magnificent atrium! One of the unique well engineered indoor nature ecosystem that is unmatched in many other hotels in Dubai! The best part would be how it enriches the dining experience too and transforms the whole journey to be a trip back in time and away into an exotic rain forest! To me it’s always a lovely time out from the metropolitan style of Dubai into a more low tempo and chilled out atmosphere. The location is also great that overlooks the creek and nice greenery around the hotel. Rooms are quiet and well fit for the hotel rating, windows are huge that makes the time sitting by the windows a wonderful experience with a morning or evening cup of coffee or tea!

This place is AMAZING! Gorgeous and spacious rooms. PHENOMENAL staff! Great location! The rooftop lounge “Eve” was so great we hit it twice….I miss the Shisha already. I’ve traveled 58 countries, all 50 of the United States and all 7 continents….I would come back to this hotel and stay again! I cannot say that about most places. One of the worst experiences in hotel’s services. Location is perfect and room is average with those mix between brown and gray colours. The bad thing in this hotel is the STAFF. During check in it takes 15 minutes to consider there are guests and need another one to check in and after that he remember system need to be activated. Beside that this gentleman was very rude in his treatment . The hotel management obsessed with queue. In breakfast you have to wait till check on your name and then to wait again till table to be free. They already have another Resturant but they did not open it until the queue was very long and a lot of waiting time . 15 minutes to go for your breakfast. In breakfast you need to have tea, but the person you asked needs table number which not visible and for sure he refuse until you back and get the number. You ask for salmon but also he refuse and when ask another one from other nationality he bring it. The hotel staff need to be trained about customer satisfaction and communication skills. This treatment is very rude and odd and I think management in need to be changed totally as they responsible about this bad system

One of the best hotels I stayed at. Delicious meals, great variety of products in breakfast buffet like various vegetables, cheese, different kinds of bread and so on. The hotel itself clean, luxurious and the staff working excellent. I do recommend! Highest level of service.

Amazing hotel. Service was good, room was clean and nice. And pool area is lovely, GYM is huge and multifunctional (not allowed taking photos in there). There’s a beautiful rooftop with lovely view. SPA is so beautiful and nice. The hotel staff were really nice and helpful. I wish I could give 6 stars - cause this hotel was above and beyond.

Amazing and swift check in. Super clean rooms with fully stocked amenities. Insane breakfast buffet. Staff that took effort to address you by name, very impressive. Small things that I appreciated - even though breakfast buffet was not available during my early morning checkout, checkout staff brought me some take away coffee for the ride to the airport. 10/10 service!

I have booked this so called 5* hotel for one our VIP client that stay will be pleasent.. But it's completely opposite what we can expect.. they don't have toiletries at bath room and the bathroom size like you will basic 3* hotel will bigger enough.. please never book this hotel for your esteemed guests.. you will end up in big troubles. The staff also hopeless and they just ignore and no bothered for any help when you ask for it.

We visited this place and absolutely loved our stay. The place was gorgeous, the hotel was beautiful, very well-maintained, clean, and had all the amenities. We had a lovely time. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, from the minute we arrived at the hotel to the moment we left. A particular thank you to chef Nazrul who helped to prepare me some gluten free options for breakfast, including freshly made pancakes!

Feels more like a business hotel than a holiday hotel. The rooms are a little outdated for a 5-star. Depending on your room, you might get a great view. But the service is great and the breakfast.

It is a great hotel, we arrived early and the receptionist got the team in the room to clean it so we could check in earlier than the 1500 time. We were offered an upgrade but didn't take it. A standard room is adequate for our needs. The food is all fresh and well prepared especially the breakfast buffet. The evening meal in our package was listed as canapes and snacks , but we got a buffet selection of hot and cold food to a good standard, the staff are all very friendly and efficient. There is a 25 metre outdoor pool with sunbeds, a gym and Spa which are very good.

The service was excellent and the rooms are very spacious. All the hotel staff from room service, front desk and front of hotel were professional, efficient and high level attention was given to the guest. Special thanks to the hotel rooftop bar, Eve manager and Charles in particular for looking after us during nye celebrations. I’d recommend this hotel.

We had an excellent holiday . Best part was our apartment with a great view of the creek. It is slightly far from main market area but you get everything inside. Breakfast spread was good with Indian food available. Only room service was a bit delayed. Overall excellent

Good morning. It’s first time i come to this hotel and Hyatt hotel branches. Honestly my experience was not so good. First we arrived to the hotel. We requested online from the Chat to have deluxe double bed rooms with two double bed inside the room. One agent from Hyatt hotel confirm to us the name of his room. At the end they gave us double room with extra small bed for the child. Now we will talk about the breakfast, if you don’t have enough space for the peoples for the breakfast, you should create bigger space… all the 5 stars hotel i went you never wait outside 20/30 min to have spaces.

Now this is my favorite hotel! Very nice lobby, friendly staff. I especially liked the rooftop bar with an incredible view of Dubai! The DJ plays great music. The food is delicious! I will definitely come back again! I recommend!🌷🌷🌷🌷

The interior of the hotel is so beautiful and the rooftop is amazing! Nice vibes, and great music. We got the sushi and bao buns and both were delicious!! Drinks were good as well, and view was nice. Definitely recommend!

Hyatt Regency in Hanoi was honestly one of the best hotels, I was on the layover as crew stayed there for a day. Service was immaculate, they sent flowers to my room for my birthday and arranged a surprise cake for me on my trip with other crew. Highly recommend the hotel, very clean, friendly staff.

Great room and service! Fantastic lobby. Great spacious swimming pool. Was very delighted to have received a complimentary upgrade to a suite while I was an Explorist member. Enjoyed the complimentary dates as well.

The service and food are great its a remarkable hotel with a professional level of service the rooms and lobby are luxurious and the staff are very friendly all the time smiling, and the people on the reception are so professional. We stayed here before and this was our second stay. The place is really nice and the rooms are spacious especially the residence apartments. Everyone here is super nice and helpful, the pool is great and big also very familiar friendly. The breakfast is delicious and each day they have different dishes. Our only issue is the elevators because the place is so huge it can get busy.

Clean, beautiful, excellent breakfast. The 3 bedroom apartment is very spacious, with 2 en-suites, another bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet. Fully functional kitchen with a washing machine as well. The swimming pool could be bigger but is sufficiently big. Overall had a great stay. Very courteous staff.

very nice place. we were there 3 nights. However, we had a room behind the elevator, where our beds are right next to the elevator. it was incredibly loud at night. asked for a room change that evening, but unfortunately they were already fully booked. so we couldn't change until the next day. but we hadn't done it because we still had a lot of plans ahead of us and moving would only take up time. so when you book the hotel, very important, ask for a room NOT NEAR THE ELEVATOR!

Attended a wedding ceremony is one of the ball rooms. The food was simply superb. Didn't expect the buffet for to be this good. Very nice and clean with friendly staff. No comment about the hotel rooms as I didn't get the opportunity to try them out.

Stayed here for almost a week. Friendly people at check-in. However the rooms smell after hotel perfume spray, and there is no window that you can open. The breakfast is of very low quality. The croissants taste like old bread and even the yoghurt has a strange taste. The ‘fresh’ fruit is not fresh etc.They can do better. After 2 days I had enough and went somewhere else for breakfast. The location is also not great in a very boring neighborhood. I cannot recommend this hotel

The room had a lot of electrical light faults, which was a bit confusing because I didn’t know which light I was switching on. Surround system bluetooth wasn’t working either but they managed to resolve that issue. The rooms are cleaned everyday fresh sheets, staff is very friendly. Reception staff is not very helpful tend to just stand around not really doing much, slow service. Beautiful, clean ,smart ,plenty of facilities and services within hotel.

Man, this place is wonderful. It was a pleasant surprise. Value for the money, bang for the buck. The staff are nice and helpful, the facilities are new. Just the whole vibe of the hotel is such nice balanced place. Rooms are big or at least my room was. The hotel has 34 floor, which you can find lots of rooms with a great views. There is a breath taking bar at the 34 floor with amazing views of Dubai. The music is modern and Somme funky and jazz in between. Do not miss it.

Stayed in this hotel for 10 days. The staff is amazing and excellent. The size and the structure of the hotel is enormous, have to say many thanks to the reception staff cause the day I arrived I forgot the phone in the taxi and they managed to do all the procedures to found it out and in 1 hour I had it back. The breakfast it’s international with good variety of all food. Metro is far 4 min walk and there are supermarkets in the area. Really good!!

Great hotel! This is the first time I stayed at the hotel and I have been extremely pleased with the week I stayed here. All the staff were very polite and punctual. Whatever questions I asked they were all too happy to help. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from Healthcare City metro station so travelling around the city was painless! This hotel was very clean and I felt safe in every area I was in. They offered great services and I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Dubai.

Beautiful Hotel, Location is ok and convenient, near airport, not too far from Dubai Mall. There is a park nearby. Breakfast buffet was Fantastic, I went to 3 different restaurants in hotel and there was different choices, Food was delicious. Check in and out was quick. Pools were nice. However..the only negative for me is the jacuzzi was faulty and closed throughout my entire week I stayed. This was one of the reasons why I chose this hotel, I wanted a jacuzzi and it wasn't repaired the whole week, also I found just one staff a little annoying, the man near the gym, kept pestering me, Not the Oriental team that also work there, they were super friendly, always smiling and welcoming. The other staff were very friendly. Also, they don't do any free shuttles to beach or mall anymore, but I think this is the case with most hotels. Still I recommend.. a good stay

This hotel is one of my favorite place to stay in Dubai. The service is amazing, and the room are super clean and modern. The staff at Hyatt are very friendly and welcoming, especially Merlina who really made our stay exceptional. She has such a positive and warm energy she made us feel very special every day. Overall love everything about this hotel.

Smells in this hotel are amazing. I wonder what was the scent they used. Very modern clean rooms, located conveniently near the airport, and close to a train station that can get you into town. Friendly staff and good breakfast!

Excellent hotel. Very lavish on entering and we were not disappointed when exploring around. Pleasantly surprised with the fitness area which encouraged us to work out, the outdoor pool was lovely with a nice atmosphere. We stumbled upon the rooftop bar one level 34 which blew our minds with the views! Absolutely incredible hidden gem! The rooms were serviced every day to a very high standard, so we wholeheartedly thank the entire cleaning team for doing an incredible job. The dining choice for breakfast and dinner were lovely, food was very tasteful so hats of to the chef. Would have liked to have a few more vegetarian options for dinner as there was only 1 pasta choice each day, however the meal did not disappoint as it was exquisite in taste. The club lounge on level 32 seemed a bit pointless. It was quiet, restricted views due to small windows, not much included for food and drinks, and we weren't allowed to take away our coffee despite there being take away cups. The lady serving upstairs was always there but would serve some guests and others would have to make their drinks themselves whilst she just stood there and watched. Definitely somewhere I would like to stay again purely for the spa, food and cleanliness services.

You're greeted at drop off point by smiling staff members, welcoming you to the hotel. They took our luggage and took care of rest. The doors open and the hotel is beautifully decorated (seasonal decorations). The reception staff are quick and efficient, ensured our luggage arrived very quickly after we checked in. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and beautiful large mirrors. The bed was very comfortable, having slept in many hotels this is one of best sleeps that I've had. The pillows were just to my pleasing and for this I'd give it 10/10. Our breakfast was included, it was always filled with many different nationalities /hotel guests which was very comforting. They had a wide range of breakfast options, continental, traditional, Arabic American and your cereals just yo name few. The coffee were like machine coffee, nothing to write home about but overall I enjoyed the breakfast and staff were very friendly. Overall, I enjoyed my couple nights stop over at the hotel and I'd recommend this to other. Only negative I can write about wad the bedroom lights, somehow you can't switch off one light and they all get switched off which can be a nuisance. Also the taps were very annoying as they didn't have hot or cold indicators, this meant that it took a while to get perfect temperature. However, this wouldn't hinder my experience too much. Overall score would be: Breakfast 10/10 Staff 10/10 Comfy of bed 10/10 Decorations 10/10 Recommendation- highly recommend for the location, price and standard of the hotel.

Wow! Just wow! This is what service should always be like. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that we had whatever we needed. We were upgraded and had a mini apartment. The room was very large. The bed was super comfy. Two pools with plenty of space and ample sun loungers. Everywhere immaculately clean and neat. Located in a quiet area but only a 5 minutes walk to the metro. Also 5 minutes walk to Creek park which is a fabulous place for a stroll or picnic. Great proximity for the airport too. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel especially if you're looking for a relaxing break

And I must say, it was an unforgettable experience.The interiors of the hotel will give you Hip Vibe. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere.The staff at this hotel are some of the most courteous and humble individuals I have ever encountered. They were attentive, responsive, and always had a smile on their face.Specially the staff from the front desk were all helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staffs were fast and accommodating of all my requests.I cannot thank them enough for making my stay even more special. Definitely I will recommend this Hotel if you want to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee with the view of Dubai. Furthermore there’s a 24/7 Convenient store in the Hotel Lobby in case you need some stuff.

We went to Eve for ladies night in the Hyatt Regency Dubai and the music was amazing ! It was the the most fun I’ve had in a while! Me and girls eating yummy food and dancing all night! LIT VIBES! The DJ was so so so good! Food was great! Good vibes all around n

A pleasant atmosphere to have rest. People say that the place is far away, but this is what you need to abstract and relax properly. In their place Eve there’s a delicious food and drinks, good music, pleasant interior and polite staff We really enjoyed our stay:)

A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Humnath the manager provided an exceptional service. He had excellent English language skills, we experienced an issue and he resolved it very quickly and to our satisfaction. The breakfast options were great, and staff in the restaurant were extremely helpful and provided superb service. The staff who cleaned the rooms were really diligent and ensured toiletries were always well stocked. Location of the hotel was great with the train station a few minutes away. We will definitely visit again!
