Simply one word … I was mesmerised by the architecture, ambiance, luxury and welcoming of this place.. Let me highlight, I was not staying at this place and just visited this place as we planned to visit the mall. Such a beautiful place.. wonderful decor.. pure luxury and pleasing interiors. We spent good 30 minutes. It was definitely a great experience and now I am definitely planning to stay at-least for a day - to experience the luxury…

It was a business trip while having family. The hotel has a vintage and luxurious feel. Even though Dubai has numerous high end hotels/resorts with pampering services, but the Raffles staff are an outstanding asset to the extent that they may understand and do what you want before you even communicate it verbally. It was a memorable stay and highly recommended experience. This hotel is amazing. We stayed for 3 nights and it was awesome. We were treated like royalty. It was beautiful and enormous and we wished we could have stayed for a week. Luxurious hotel with great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much. Vimansa also added a special & sweet touch of the rose petals on the bed to celebrate our marriage, it was a lovely surprise! Top notch Raffles hospitality!

I had my Golden Jubilee celebration in Raffles Dubai and I will say they gave me the best experience ever in Dubai. Their service and hospitality is out of this world. All their staff are excellent. My Guest was pleased with this choice of hotel and everyone was satisfied. This is a memory to last for a life time. Raffles Dubai is the best ever and I am definitely coming back. Thank you for making my birthday bash the talk of the town.

We stayed in room 729 which was a spacious suite with a large balcony with views of the city skyline. We had access to the club room and I would recommend the quality of the food and service provided for afternoon tea and cocktails and canapes.. A very good buffet breakfast and a nice pool.

Raffles is one of those rare hotels that make you feel right at home. The ancient-Egypt-themed hotel excels in both services and location; connected directly to Wafi mall on the lobby floor. The hotel is spacious and large, it’s rooms clean and tidy. I guarantee you an excellent night’s sleep at this hotel, with its serene ambiance and comfortable beds. Most importantly the staff working there from reception, concierge, housekeeping to room service are the ones that truly make this place even more special; ready to accommodate your every wish. It is my first hotel choice whenever visiting Dubai.

Me and my family stayed in Raffles Dubai Hotel. Let me start with the services which was moral. The staff were really kind and willing to attend any request, they always smile which made us feel one of the house. Alongside thoughtful amenities and general comfort, an efficient staff that excels at personal attention is a must-have for all hotels. Now it’s about the food and food is always the important thing to focus on whiling booking your stay in any hotel, best buffet ever !! I wanted to mention that they have surprised we with a lovely chocolate cake for my birthday which made my day very special, every single day on our stay was a great day they took good care of my mum because she was recovering from her surgery. I’m very happy and I have enjoyed my stay with them.

There is nothing to say except absolute luxury. From the room to the breakfast to the staff everything was perfect. The room was large, comfortable and nice and cool after returning from outside. The food was impeccable from the full buffet breakfast with great decaf oat latte's to the club lounge afternoon tea and evening cocktails and canapes. Everything was delicious. And the staff....well they were just fabulous. Nothing was too much effort and they continued to check on us to ensure we had everything that we needed. If you can stay here I would highly recommend. They are located a bit out however I don't think there is anything that is "close" to everything as Dubai is so spread out. 5 *****

The hotel over all is amazing! very well designed and super comfortable. The service at breakfast is excellent with a huge choice of food and special thanks to Gia , he super fantastic and come to me every time to ask if i need any help ! definitely make you want to go back in time and go through the wonderful experience all over again !!! This is probably my favourite hotel to come back to. They have got the service absolutely right - the ability to make you feel like you are coming back to your home. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are extremely spacious and well equipped. But overall it is the staff who go the extra mile to remember your name, and to make sure you're completely satisfied. Special mention to Ahmed who was working in the Azur breakfast (incidentally - one of the best breakfasts I have ever had) and made sure my coffee was made just how I like it on each of the 3 days I was there. I had an amazing experience at Society room! The customer service was outstanding, with a lot of attention to details on order to please us, good was delicious, cocktails were great! I was so pleased with the service I received! Definitely a brunch to repeat!

Incredible location, service, rooms, breakfast and everything you can imagine from a true 5 star hotel. Betty on the front desk was incredibly helpful with booking us tours and giving information as well as every single kitchen and wait staff were outstanding, happy and excellent service. For the boat tour Betty arranged- staff member Joseph was incredible- thank you to him as well. Cannot recommend more.

My daughter and I had the best holiday at Raffles. The hotel was lovely, the staff amazing, so friendly and kind all week. They always remembered our names and couldn't do enough for us. The massages were incredible. The pool was lovely, the food fabulous. We could not reommend this hotel highly enough. It was fantastic !!

Highly underrated. Exceptional and personalized service, well maintained (but not over the top) hotel. Location is a bit far from where the fun stuff of dubai is happening but is right by the highway to get you wherever you want within 15-20 mins. We’ve been having our guests stay here for 5 years.

One of the best hotels in price and service. The room is always remain clean and tidy. There is a sign for the Qubla to pray. The food quantity is superior and the amount is more than enough for 2 persons. The calm and friendly atmosphere is charming. Room service and room dining is a wonderful treats.

Lots of restaurant options and it’s connected to a large mall especially with King David Kosher Restaurant with Close to the airport but in a nice area that isn’t too congested. I had a lovely Sunday evening at the 3rd floor restaurant at this hotel. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, especially Yazan, who took care of us so well. The drinks were tasty and the food was excellent. We had the mushroom flatbread and it was just perfect!

I spent the new year eve in their ballroom and it was AMAZING. Food was really good. The "table manager" Saurabh took really care of us and he walked the extra mile to make us enjoy the event even more. I loved it!

I travel to Dubai every year as it’s my favourite place to holiday, but it is the first time I have stayed at Raffles on sheikh Rashid Road, but it will not be the last. From check-in, I had an overnight flight and arrived at 8am expecting to have to wait until 3pm to gain access to my room but was amazed when I was issued the key straight away. The room is amazing and exactly like the website pictures, but the staff are fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help and nothing was too much trouble. The butler service was outstanding, the room being kept spotless with visits several times a day to check everything was ok and was there anything I needed. Everyone from the bell boys, reception, concierge, restaurant staff and valet staff are outstanding and a credit to the hotel. I will be staying the same time next year as this will now be the hotel that I stay on my future visits. Thank you to everyone for making my stay memorable. Many thanks Mandy

Very nice hotel. Although seems remote from the core of the city, distance is manageable. Good gym, well-equipped but could be better (more space needed). Gorgeous swimming pool. Fantastic and helpful personnel (big kudos to Pushkar). Highly recommended

Impeccable service, comfort and quality in everything. Staff genuinely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel special. Extremely quiet, large and well equipped rooms. This is one of the very best hotels in Dubai, and as it is so close to the airport, and excellent value compared to other ultra deluxe hotels I cant see any reason to stay anywhere else.

I had an incredible experience at Society Room! Everything was fantastic, from the great food to the perfect drinks. The waiters were extremely nice and caring, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place.

With our 5 year old, we asked for a non smoking room. The receptionist put us in a smoking room! After we raised it, they changed us to a non smoking room. However not a great way to arrive after a long day travelling. The service at times was excellent. Javed at the club lounge was excellent.

Spectacular service, absolutely stunning hotel with spacious rooms. Everyone speaks excellent English. Not walkable to anything but nothing is walkable in Dubai, big city. Very large comfy rooms with balconies. Best breakfasts ever. Would definitely stay here again.

The customer service at Raffles was absolutely incredible. From the valet to the concierge, receptionist, waiters and managers, it's without a doubt the best we have experienced in Dubai. There is a very warm, friendly and helpful culture in the hotel that makes it incredibly unique. When I asked one of the staff why their service is so good, they explained that they felt they were part of a supportive family in the hotel. Really setting the standard for how customer service should be done. Thank you for an incredible stay.

Absolutely love Raffles! It is has such a beautiful Egyptian theme and I’m obsessed with the giant waterfall in the lobby. The pool is our favorite on Dubai…it’s the perfect spot for a Saturday relax before the week ahead. Also have had the best poolside service from Fitrah!! He’s so kind and makes the best drinks.

I have not stayed in the hotel so I can't comment on the experience of staying at the hotel. But it has a nice lobby and an exit to Wafi Mall. At the 17th floor there is a Japanese restaurant which won many awards. Nice place to dine and have a meal.

My friends and I am staying at the Raffle Hotel in Dubai. For My 40th Birthday. We had A fantastic time. The hotel is beautiful, and it was Everything and More. The entire hotel staff was outstanding, especially Giri, the Housekeeping supervisor; he made sure we were ok, every time he came to work. He made sure my friends and I Had everything you.

At first glance I couldn’t quiet get the #1 hotel in Dubai but didn’t take long before you could understand why. The service in this place is faultless on the whole. The butler service and room service could improve with efficiency, the restaurant staff were absolutely fantastic, special thanks to Woulfstain who even offered to make us delicious Indian breakfast! All the staff were attentive nothing was too much, constantly checking making sure you have everything you need at all times. The impeccable service is why they deserve the number one position!!

BEWARE - This hotel is a FRAUD! They cancelled our wedding event due to Covid-19 and they solely decided that they have the right to STEAL our down payment. It’s been 2 years I’m trying to ask for the downpayment and they keep insisting that they can only give a credit to be used at the hotel so that they still profit from it. Zero humanity and feelings for their customer, they want to profit from every opportunity to do so, regardless of values or ethics. It’s a big show only. Their GM will probably now apologize again on this post and ask me to resend another email, but it’s ALL JUST A SHOW. Nothing is being done in reality.

I used only the tea lounge to enjoy afternoon tea with my daughter. I had a very relaxing time with my daughter in a quiet lounge with luxurious decoration. There are more than a dozen types of coffee and tea to choose from in Unlimited for the tea set. The staff were friendly and very kind to us who couldn't speak English well. Very great! !!

Came for a short break, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful with wonderful architecture and themes throughout. The staff were excellent, a special thanks to Sid and his staff at breakfast who very attentive and gave wonderful service with a smile. The rooms are huge, well laid out and very comfortable with a balcony. Location was excellent, with taxis and metro nearby and also Wafi Mall right next door.

We came for the Classic Afternoon tea as part of my friends birthday celebration in May. It was absolutely brilliant in terms of the music playing, the comfortable sofas, the selections of teas and coffees as well as the quality of the food. It was delicious and there was nothing I didn’t love and want more of! The service was the best I’ve received in Dubai and our server Molly’s service was outstanding. Molly really looked aftered us and even brought out a large chocolate cake with candles for our friend. This isn’t something we requested, when booking I was asked the occasion and mentioned it was my friends birthday. Our group also had some dietary requirements and they were really accommodating and gave us some different options. Finally, the classic afternoon tea is also on the entertainer which is also a bonus. It’s such a beautiful hotel and the whole classic afternoon tea experience was fantastic… so much so we are going back this weekend!

Words can't explain how good this hotel is. The level of service is next to none. Everything from the check-in to room service to the food the staff it was just insane how attentive and friendly staff were. I will without a doubt be back and if you want a six star experiene then this is the place

Very disappointed about this hotel. No hot water during the whole night. To be honest, the staff in this hotel is nice and helpful. But management communication is poor. After a long day outside, the kids like to have a hot Barth and I just want a hot water shower , but THERE IS NO HOT WATER at all. Can you imagine a five star hotel no hot water during Saturday’s night. The receptionist said there will be hot water again at 3pm and there should be a notice letter in our room. But there is no a piece of paper in our room. We call them to ask for a solution, wait 10mins no one get us a feedback. If I can rate 0 point, I will definitely give them the point. Shame on you!

Yet again another great afternoon tea and massage at this amazing hotel. The service has been fantastic from everyone. I used the pool this afternoon before my massage and can’t fault the facilities. The afternoon was amazing. Everything tasted beautiful and was presented in a lovely wooden box. The staff serving the tea were very helpful. It’s great when they remember you and remember your likes and dislikes from your previous visit months ago. I have no words to say how great the massage was. The woman hovering me the massage clearly knew what she was doing and had left me throughly relaxed. Highly recommend this hotel

Slightly soulless but great service and the most incredible suite I have stayed in, and I’ve stayed in quite a few! Everything is a taxi ride away although the metro station is just around the corner. The club lounge was good and the staff over generous, to the point that we weren’t sure if we were being offered far more than just drinks and food! It was probably just a translation error. Would stay again.

The one star is for the staff who gave excellent service and saved the event from being a complete disaster, or I would have zero rated this hotel. Special mention for Rosaline, Ahmed & Shree from banquets for the amazing and high customer service levels. Event type:- Company party for over 150 people. Issues:- Substandard food quality. (This is after a tasting session was done and clear information given about adding flavor/spice...even salt.) Shocking last moment discovery- one dessert in the confirmed menu was missing ! ! This clearly shows the lack of attention to a paying customer's needs. For a hotel that charges so much- the food was too bad and people forced themselves to eat due to lack of options. Zero quality checks done for food. The entire event was advertised with an international buffet spread at a 5 star rated hotel, but turned out to be bland/ tasteless/missing dishes being served. Not the banquet staff's fault- but the kitchen / chefs/ cooks who decided to go with low grade food products or made food in a rush. Better food can be got at street stalls & cafeterias.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Great hospitality, service, and decor. Cool Egyptian architecture. Woke up to breakfast and that breakfast put me back to sleep. Chill vibes overall. Good location central to all destinations across Dubai!

I love this hotel . I’ve stayed there for several times . Staff are very kind and professional. The room was amazing. So clean and big . Although I’ve been coming here for years now, but it’s still so beautiful and comfortable. The only thing that I didn’t like is that the swimming pool was closed for renovations and I wasn’t informed. The breakfast usually was the best for years and years, it wasn’t the same( I think they changed the location and the food wasn’t like before)
