I am satisfied with my first visit. My expectations are justified, additional tests are scheduled for a better understanding of the situation and treatment. The clinic has a comfortable environment, friendly staff

I do not recommend this clinic, it is just a name. I took my brother to him while he was sick and he told me that he must do an EEG and the cost of 1800 will be refunded. He is taking a certain medicine. The doctor said that there is no reason for him to take this medicine, so we stopped it according to the doctor’s opinion, and after a whole day his condition became worse and we called the clinic but there was no answer until 3 days later. So we have no choice but take him to a hospital as there is no response from them during emergency cases. and for this reason I do not recommend him. By the way, while I was in the clinic , an employee gave me an office paper with the clinic’s website on Google to give them 5 stars.

I didn’t even get to see a psychologist due to the attitude of their receptionist. She was talking with attitude, refusing to be helpful and giving the smart Alec answers. They need to fix their front first. Update: thank you for taking the time to investigate this so thoroughly. I changed my rating because this is obviously excellent follow through. I need to explain that my insurance may be an exception, since I never had to ask for pre approval previously, which is what I also attempted to explain to the receptions. On that note, I would also like to add that she did call back and attempt to be more helpful than on the previous call.

I should’ve come to this center a long time ago maybe I wouldn’t have suffered so many years. Professor Wolfgang is truly and genuinely a good psychiatrist. I felt understood and seen. He’s done his best to make me feel comfortable and listened to me attentively. You can tell straight away that he truly an expert in his field. Cannot recommend Professor Wolfgang and the center anymore!!!! Big thanks for the staff who tried their best to assist me with the prescriptions.

I had a consultation with Prof Miaer , he is just Amazing . I found many amazing reviews about him , but once I finished my session I just reconfirm that he is the psychiatrist . Excellent! Everyone is so incredibly nice and welcoming. I’ve been to a number of centers before and I’ve never felt so cared for as in GNC. You can tell they genuinely want you to feel better, and take every step they can to take care of anxious patients to make them feel at home!

I have been going to the German Neuroscience Center for a couple of years now. Incredibly professional and I feel very much taken care of. Great central location and can normally find a car park but just don’t forget to register. Dr. Umut is very efficient, kind and considerate and I am glad I found him via recommendation. The team is also very flexible when it comes to appointment times and follow ups. Thank you for all you do!

Dr. Letizia is really wonderful and so professional! Beyond grateful for my sessions with her. From my first meeting, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. It is quite a daunting feeling going to meet a stranger to share and expose personal parts of your life. I’m really happy with the service of GNC and Dr Dax. He really listens to your concerns and is open for every question, is very patient and makes you feel calm. He really makes me feel as if we’re „in this together“ and that I can count on him when it comes to changing the approach of therapy if needed. German NeuroScience Center had been recommended by a friend and I was very happy that we went! The staffs were very accommodating and pleasant. Any questions I had was answered. The place was clean and quiet. Dr Scheiss was very kind to my son and made him feel comfortable when she interviewed him. I am pleased with the report and recommendations she presented to us.

The staff at the clinic are efficient and polite. They followed up to remind me for my appointment and during the actual visit the whole process was smooth and efficient. I attended the GNC a few weeks ago. I could not recommend enough the attention and care provided by Dr. Manio Boris Ritter and his team. Dr. Manio was always carefully explaining everything with great detail as well as making sure all my questions and doubts were answered. His experience and knowledge speak for themselves. The staff is also top class and helpful.

I’m so satisfied by the way my overal health was examined in order to proceed with a responsible way of medication. Dr. Eva Huenning acted very responsible and her reference to Ms. Soraya the neurotechnician who processed my EEG completely astonished me with her knowledge in the neuroscience field. I wished there were more people with such a big understanding of the brain.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed by the first email reply that came back to me quickly and with the insurance information I needed - this alleviated a lot of stress about coverage and payment straight away. My appointment was managed professionally by the in pseron team and the doctor was very clear with her instructions and recommendations for further treatment.

I have been working with Nazli since last year. I have seen a massive change in my ability to deal with stress. I suffer from childhood trauma. She helped me understand the impact of it on my day to day activities. Her explanations helped deal with it in a better way. I feel it is a collaboration between me and her when it comes solving day to day problem and understanding trauma. Working with her massively improved my confidence in my ability to deal with distress. I highly recommend GNC to every one. I have been with the clinic since 2018 and even though I have moved to Australia, I am still doing remote sessions with them.

I did therapy back from 2016 to 2017 with Tanja Upatel. She helped me a lot with DBT therapy to manage my emotions and I thank her for that, she is very empathetic. However, I was in an abusive relationship, when I left, I redirected my ex partner to her as I trusted her therapist skills so he could get his behavior and head together. Dr Upatel instead of properly diagnosing him, enabled him for more denial. I had given my private journals showing facts and reality so he could realize what he was doing. She told him to dismiss it and avoid painful memories, thus enabling him more in is narcissistic denial. My ex partner is a covert narcissist, Dr Upatel briefly evaluated him for overt narcissism, something that he threw in my for face years on later "Im not a narcissist" to gaslight me and continue the cycle of love bombing, future faking, idealization, devaluation and discardment. Not all therapists are equipped to recognize this disorder as covert Narcissists are very good at appearing humble, vulnerable with a victim mask. Bottom line, I felt betrayed by Dr Upatel as my experience was real. And "thanks" to the non diagnostics, the suffering gaslighting and cycles continued for years. In conclusion, highly recommended for CBT, DBT not if you deal with a narcissist in your life, covert or overt.

I visited Professor Maier, a psychiatrist. He was extremely lovely and welcoming. He made me feel like very safe and gave me an opportunity to explain myself without any interruptions.
