Horrible customer service. I received a Christmas gift that I wanted to exchange but since it was originally purchased more then 14 days ago they would not allow it, even though I had just received it 3 days ago on Christmas. They could have made an exception knowing it was a Christmas gift and the item was in perfect condition, but the woman kept repeating “the policy is 14 days” like a robot. Now I don’t even want the piece at all because it reminds me of how non customer centric this shop is.

Very good quality furniture! I bought a couch (Emma), I am overjoyed with the product!! Plus, I was even assisted with after sale service, as I was about to shift home and upon my request, store manager Donna (I hope I got the name right, please forgive me if I didn't) accepted to keep my couch until I was ready to transfer to new apartment and deliver it there. Excellent customer support and exceptional products!

I bought a beautiful rattan lampshade and lamp from Home and Soul a few years ago. Sadly it was pulled over and part of the wooden stand snapped. Home and Soul fixed it for me for a very reasonable price. Excellent service.

I visited the showroom last Saturday. I was very well attended by Ruth. She patiently helped me to choose between all the different nice options they have for coffee tables, bases, lamps.. honestly the showroom is super nice, makes you feel calm and relax and wanting to take everything home. Home and Soul is an eclectic furnishing store with some unique furniture and home decor. The products are pricey, so it is a good idea to shop during the sale. I picked up a lovely vase and dried flowers during their sale.

Disorganized delivery , no communication between driver and the customer service . When I asked they blame it in my shiba inu that barked inside my own apartment . Hilarious 🤷🏻‍♀️, to blame a dog that he even did not see because was not at the door Woman on the phone laughed when I told her the delivery person did not want to accept the cash . Uncomfortable. Not a great experience

Home and Soul is the top furniture store in Dubai in terms of product quality, and consumer experience! They know each one of the customers and they care and ensure that they’re providing their ultimate best service and quality! Plus their products are gorgeous!!!

The items selection is beautiful. Every single product is trendy, the team is friendly….but small. It leads to a disorganised delivery (in more than a week, postponing the delivery day…)or of a lack of reactivity during after-sales relations (3 days answer, no follow up…) . Not the level of service you are used to expect in Dubai. Besides, our two biggest items (two teakwood tables) cracked after only 10 months. We have been told it could happen to wood if the storage conditions aren’t respected enough…Therefore, nothing changed when it suddenly happened, and most of that, neither of our other wooden furniture was damaged, only those two tables from that shop. Therefore, we are strongly disappointed by the quality, especially regarding the high price we paid for the products.

We’ve long been fans of Home & Soul and have a few signature pieces from there that really transform our home. We recently purchased a new gorgeous rug for our living room upon which we had a few issues with post delivery (completely our fault not H&S) and the after care they provided was absolutely amazing, and to be honest I’ve not experienced such understanding and help in Dubai before. It will absolutely make us loyal customers in the future. Couldn’t recommend more for design, style, quality and human customer service.
