Since 20219, this has been our halfway stop to Pretoria and back. Anneline's Guesthouse has become a obvious choice when we travel, her friendliness and clean accommodation is why we return. With restaurants across the road, this offers us the perfect sleepover after a day on the road. The heated blanket and warm aircon awaiting us, to cater for the extra cold nights in Colesberg, is indeed a welcomed gesture, always representative of her special care. They are indeed worthy ambassadors of Colesberg's hospitality industry. A must visit indeed.

The units were clean, mattress was very good, the host was helpful. It's not luxurious, but we had everything we needed for overnight accommodation. One suggestion is that there be fresh milk instead of milk powder (and a few rusks) for morning coffee.

We booked 2 rooms for 3 adults. Anneline welcomed us and was very helpful. The beds were comfortable with good linen, the shower had plenty hot water and the aircon was welcome in the winter cold. There is secure parking, it is in a quiet area but within walking distance to restaurants. Nothing fancy but ideal for a night stop over

We stumbled on this BB by chance and was helped immediately with a room. The owner is friendly and the rooms clean. Will definitely stop here again for an overnight stay.

We stayed at Annelines on the 8th May for the night enroute to the Cape and booked again for our return trip on the 22 May . We were so impressed, our room was spotlessly clean and neat. very comfortable beds and exactly what we needed. We walked over the road to have a bite to eat and felt perfectly safe. We will certainly recommend Annelines and will return.

Have been staying there for years. Had 2 terrible experiences on a recent trip at other much more expensive and 'upmarket' guest houses and on my way back I booked once again with Anneline because i knew exactly what i was going to get. It's always super comfortable and pristine.. Will recommend her guest house anytime.

Initial impressions is that surrounding area is not the best. However, upon going into the rooms and staying overnight, the rooms were comfortable, had air conditioning and there were clean linens and bathrooms. Surrounding area turned out to be quite fine, even at night. Hosts are friendly and accomodating.
