Dr. Emmanuel Pelayo is an excellent physician!!! He’s very knowledgeable, kind, & very attentive to everything you have to tell him about your visit. He’s explains everything to a perfection to understand how to manage your medications and as to why and what goals you want to reach with each medication. My experience went really well & I’m beyond happy to have chosen Dr. Pelayo as my new PCP. If your looking for a new PCP don’t hesitate & try with Dr. Pelayo you won’t regret it!! And the staff is great as well and the office is very clean, organized, & modern 10 out of 10!!!!

This place is unbelievable I tell them my mom just had surgery on her back and so they give her a 1045 appt and to get here 15 minutes early. We get there at 1015am now people just getting there and get called in. I ask front desk that my mom is hurting can they please call the back and ask if she is next cuz she's in a lot of pain and the answer I got was there's different Dr's here but they never called the back and left us waiting. So we left after being ignored and never got called for her appt 1045 so we left 1115am. It's incredible how they say customer satisfaction and this was no satisfaction for a woman that is hurting after surgery and left waiting for 45 minutes. So find a Dr's office that is going to take care of you and not leave you waiting while other people just walk in and get called

Overall a very poor experience, lack of professionalism and respect for their clients. After taking my day off to have my physical done they decided to call me 2 hours before to cancel my appointment this is after me requesting my day off at work. They could have cancel the day before but of course it didn’t happen.Not a place I would recommend to friends and family.

Please don’t go to this place. They are really unprofessional. I have received three different calls one was to confirm my appointment. The second one they cancelled, the third time they told me I was good to go. I got there and they told me I can’t see the doctor. Please don’t waste your time.

I am so glad I learned about Sanitas Care, in particular this clinic in Union City. They provide options and access to the underserved & uninsured. I enrolled a family member for the membership and it’s been a great decision for their care. Immediately during the consultation, which the doctor took time to include me through FaceTime as I was working, I felt taken care of. The facility is new, clean, and welcoming. It is so refreshing to see a clinic like this serving this community. The majority of tests can be done there. There are bilingual staff and clinicians. The administrative staff are courteous & provide really great customer service. I really felt like Dr. Hesquijarosa is an advocate for patients during our consultation. This is a great clinic with a great doctor. Strongly recommend!

Horrible experience. I came as a patient advocate for a physical examination and they didn't let me in for the appointment. The guy at reception was extremely rude and unhelpful. The patient I came with needed clearance for a future surgery but they never even did an EKG which is usually routine before a surgery. The patient had recent issues with bleeding for an extended period and had a seizure recently, but the doctor didn't even give him the opportunity to share that information. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person...

They have the worst customer support. The only way to reach out to the facility with out going in person is through their call center. My wife has been sick for 4 days now and I have been calling everyday to find out about urgent care. I was told urgent care is closed due to long weekend for 3 days and will be open today. I called again today and confirmed I can see Dr Rashi Sharma through urgent care. I arrived at the facility and I was told that urgent care is closed today and it was open yesterday. The angry part is the facility knows their call center has been giving wrong information but doing nothing about it. I couldn’t get Dr Sharma to see my wife even after going through office manager. I’m now at ER. We have wasted 5 days. I wish they realize people are sick when they are calling in and how important it is to provide accurate information. I will try my best to avoid this facility

This used to be an urgent cara, after getting enough patients, the change to a medical center…meaning if you don’t feel good, you can’t just go but instead make an appointment and suffer for the next opening. It’s really sad

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had an appointment at the location in Belleville a couple weeks ago and when I got there I checked in and was told to have a seat unitl I was called. I waited three hours before I was called and when I went in I was told that the place was a urgent care facility and that they didn't offer primary care services even though I'm ahundred percent sure I was at the right location. So I went home and called their customer service and was told that they do offer primary care services so I asked could I schedule an appointment at adifferent location. Fast forward to today when I went in for my appointment at the union city location I checked in at the counter and was told to wait until I was called. After waiting for two hours I went up to the front desk to ask how much longer I would have to wait and the lady called someone and then informed me that I would have to reschedule my appointment. She never gave me an explanation as to why I needed to reschedule and why my name wasn't called even though I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and waited for two hours. I declined to reschedule an appointment and will not be visiting any of these facilities again.

This place use to be wonderful when McNett was here but it’s awful now. Had a followup to my physical just to read my results . This easily could’ve been a phone call rather than an appointment which is a $50 charge. When I got to my appointment doctor Silvia Cardenas Crowley couldn’t find my results even though that’s the only reason I was there. After a while, she “supposedly” found them and read me my results and handed me the printout of my results. Upon leaving I looked at the results and realized she read me the wrong results from a physical I had over a year ago with a completely different doctor at the center. How do you not notice that it’s not the correct date or even your name on the results being read ?! So I basically got charged $50 to have my doctor read me the wrong results which also could’ve just been a phone call. Absolutely incompetent facility.

I met Melissa at my appointment today. She was very professional. I did go to see nurse Pelayo and needed an electronic referral sent to my insurance website united health care community plan to see a retina specialist on Monday for flashes and i could go blind. But it has not been processed yet. I've been trying for 3 days now. After 4th day my referral was processed.

Well treated by the front office the nurse who saw me before the doctor who name is Melissa was very nice and caring.

Simply. This place is not the right place for you and you family...they are very unprofessional, waiting for appt for two months and they canceled one day before and reschedule in two months after, the excuse is ,,,shot of stuff ,they don't have a Dr's,,t

This is a great clinic. I highly recommend to anyone looking for bilingual and supportive care. The staff are courteous and provide great customer service. The facility is brand new, very nice, and very welcoming. They treat uninsured patients like people with dignity. I felt very well taken care of here for the first time in many years. I can’t also speak highly enough of Dr. Hesquijarosa. He was patient, kind, and explained my plan of care to me and my daughter. He also called me at home to further explain my lab results in detail, the day following my visit. In Spanish. It was one of the best doctor consultations I’ve ever had, and I recommend him to anyone looking for a patient & kind doctor. Thank you Dr. Hesquijarosa!!

The attention received at this medical center is great! I had the pleasure to meet Melissa and Dr. Emmanuel Pelayo and they both are great professionals! They are very friendly and knowledgeable as well and pay attention to you!

Very nice, caring doctor and staff, but their medical billing service is a mess. That's why I took off a star. They continue to bill me out of Florida for something my Medicare supplement insurance paid months and months ago. I provided the proof of payment back in early December 2022, but got a repeat bill today--actually I got repeat bills for the same thing--both arrived today. And it is absolutely impossible to get to speak to a person. Very frustrating! Be prepared to spend a lot of time on hold if you call billing, and then be cut off! Or call Florida only to be told they don't have NJ records.

I am very imprest with the care i receive from sanitas medical center doctor sharma who is the medical director is super intelligent and very caring and loving to the patient. In fact i had been going to the doctors at the city and i really moved to doctor sharme because her excellent in the medical field.i can also refers dr Toussaint i had been in a several podiatrist e In NYC and i am very thankful she the best podriary i ever seen before

Dr.Rashi Sharma, is an amazing person and a great physician. I would highly recommend her. Sanitas Medical Center has very knowledgeable and caring Doctors and staff. Wait time is very short.

I love this clinic very well the only thing that I don't like I'm not feeling safe is people does not wearing face mask. We have to protect each other like family I thought you had policies.

Had a few appointments recently and I honestly don’t have anything bad to say. From the front desk ( Praxedes, Gabriel) to my now primary Doctor (Dr. Sharma). Every time I go to check in I am welcomed with nothing but a positive attitude, always a pleasure speaking to the receptionist. Would definitely recommend!

I love this place! All the girls at the front are excellent. They always help you as much as they can. Dr. Sharma is the best. 100% recommended medical place.

Amazing experience here 100% recommend you to come here if you need physical therapy. Staff is nice. Gandhi, Alejandro and Ryan do such an amazing job.
