I can’t thank Kemo, Brad, and all the professional guys enough who made my dream of owning an in ground pool come true at Aloha Pools in Union City, TN!!! The communication between them and myself was amazing!! If they said they would come, they did!! If I left a message, they immediately returned my call. I can honestly say that the purchasing, designing, installation, and customer service was outstanding!!! Thank you all again…now let’s go swimming!!!

This has been a long time coming and I should have done this earlier. I utilized this company from a recommendation from a co-worker. The company is great and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Kimo was our sales person and she ensured that we were informed and keep up to date all along the way. I received text messages in regards to when they were doing the work and their arrival time from numerous people that worked within the company. The quality of the work was excellent along the way. This all took place during the COVID timeframe and we did run into a few issues with getting items. However, the whole process went smoothly as can be expected during a pandemic. During the process, we ran into issues with the pump motor and the electrical. The electrical turned out to be bad connectors purchased from a local parts store. The pump issues turned out to be manufacturing issues from the company that made the pump and not Aloha themselves. Both of these issues were identified and resolved promptly by Aloha. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the work that was done and the product that I received by Aloha of Union City. I would highly recommend them to other people for inground pool installation. I gave four stars and not five only because there was one issues that I feel they could and can improve upon, communication. Communication was good between us. They kept me informed and did well to provide detailed information on what each group would be doing each time they came out there. The issue that I had with communication and where I feel they can improve upon communication pertained to when I called them or texted them with questions. This was during the COVID pandemic and thus we all had new things happening at work. Schools were closed or on virtual and thus people did not or could not be at work like they would on a normal bases. I found that when I communicated with Aloha, due to a question or something that had occurred, I often could not get ahold of anyone to get and answer at that moment. I do not place blame on anyone here or fault Aloha's communication but rather only point out an area of where I thought an improvement could have been made, thus the four stars. I highly recommend them and will continue to utilize them for my pool needs.

To be honest I haven't had the greatest experience with Aloha Pools and Spas in general. We have waited 6 months for this issue to get fixed with almost zero communication on their part. They never informed me of the wait I kept calling for updates and getting the run around and never getting a call back. I'm just glad that it's been repaired finally. However, they left a mess on our pump/filter and dripped the blue glue all over the filter that will not come off.

Aloha has been great from sales to installation to covering and winterizing our new pool. I highly recommend them to anyone in their coverage area for your new pool!!!! A++++ 5 Stars

Ethan does a great job, even in difficult situations. He fought the wind to close our pool and he did it with patience. Never disappoints. Knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant. Always happy to see him!

Called with the pool heater not working and a few other issues. I was put in touch with Jay for the repairs. Jay was great. He’s definitely an asset to your company. Jay solved the problem and fixed it with no issues. Highly recommend him.

These guys are awesome, Kimo has helped me and my family with this Hot-spring Tub as well as our in ground pool, making our backyard the ultimate getaway. Kimo went above and beyond, look no further if your looking for a hot tub or pool Brad and Kimo at Aloha are the best around.

Our experiences with Aloha of Union City were not good at all. Our pool liner had to be replaced because of a violent storm that occurred in April of 2023. We chose aloha of Union City because we originally thought the company was headquartered in Jackson and we had done business with them in 2020 and that experience was good. Union City promised to complete the project in April or early May. It was finally completed in 11/2023. Although Jackson and Union City had split after our experiences in 2020, and Jackson still maintained the exact measurements of the pool, Union City chose not to use those measurements or communicate with Jackson.They sent three different crews to our home to measure the liner. All three crews made errors in the measurements and we did not have water in our pool until November, 2023. I did the majority of the fills myself because we could not maintain contact with Aloha in Union City. They repeatedly promised to complete the job but failed to return to our pool or return telephone calls until 11/2023. They failed to comply with any of their promises and basically ignored our job, using the excuse that their previous measurements were incorrect and the liner company was at fault for Union City's multiple "no shows" and refusals to return telephone calls. I still have concerns about the replacement of the liner and more than likely it will eventually be decided by a jury next year or later. This is only a small portion of our complaints. I hope the job was finally done correctly, but I have doubts. I would advise anyone that needs pool work to look elsewhere. Aloha of Jackson and Aloha of Union City are separate companies. Larry J. Brittany and Jamie were very helpful in resolving my issues concerning what basically were an issue concerning timing and communication. They were very professional and resolved my issues totally. Their actions in contacting me promptly and discussing this matter fully have convinced me that they truly are concerned that their customers are treated with respect and service that is unmatched.
