This
has
been
a
long
time
coming
and
I
should
have
done
this
earlier.
I
utilized
this
company
from
a
recommendation
from
a
co-worker.
The
company
is
great
and
I
have
nothing
but
good
things
to
say
about
them.
Kimo
was
our
sales
person
and
she
ensured
that
we
were
informed
and
keep
up
to
date
all
along
the
way.
I
received
text
messages
in
regards
to
when
they
were
doing
the
work
and
their
arrival
time
from
numerous
people
that
worked
within
the
company.
The
quality
of
the
work
was
excellent
along
the
way.
This
all
took
place
during
the
COVID
timeframe
and
we
did
run
into
a
few
issues
with
getting
items.
However,
the
whole
process
went
smoothly
as
can
be
expected
during
a
pandemic.
During
the
process,
we
ran
into
issues
with
the
pump
motor
and
the
electrical.
The
electrical
turned
out
to
be
bad
connectors
purchased
from
a
local
parts
store.
The
pump
issues
turned
out
to
be
manufacturing
issues
from
the
company
that
made
the
pump
and
not
Aloha
themselves.
Both
of
these
issues
were
identified
and
resolved
promptly
by
Aloha.
Overall,
I
am
completely
satisfied
with
the
work
that
was
done
and
the
product
that
I
received
by
Aloha
of
Union
City.
I
would
highly
recommend
them
to
other
people
for
inground
pool
installation.
I
gave
four
stars
and
not
five
only
because
there
was
one
issues
that
I
feel
they
could
and
can
improve
upon,
communication.
Communication
was
good
between
us.
They
kept
me
informed
and
did
well
to
provide
detailed
information
on
what
each
group
would
be
doing
each
time
they
came
out
there.
The
issue
that
I
had
with
communication
and
where
I
feel
they
can
improve
upon
communication
pertained
to
when
I
called
them
or
texted
them
with
questions.
This
was
during
the
COVID
pandemic
and
thus
we
all
had
new
things
happening
at
work.
Schools
were
closed
or
on
virtual
and
thus
people
did
not
or
could
not
be
at
work
like
they
would
on
a
normal
bases.
I
found
that
when
I
communicated
with
Aloha,
due
to
a
question
or
something
that
had
occurred,
I
often
could
not
get
ahold
of
anyone
to
get
and
answer
at
that
moment.
I
do
not
place
blame
on
anyone
here
or
fault
Aloha's
communication
but
rather
only
point
out
an
area
of
where
I
thought
an
improvement
could
have
been
made,
thus
the
four
stars.
I
highly
recommend
them
and
will
continue
to
utilize
them
for
my
pool
needs.
