This is the first time in a long time I can say I had a pleasant experience at a foot and ankle specialist!! From the initial visit until the end of it, the environment was comfortable. The customer service was professional and courteous and I can’t even begin to tell you how graceful, accommodating and informative Dr. Patel was. Her ability to answer all of my questions without making me feel like I was rushed was so amazing and appreciative. With such a diverse staff it’s no wonder why all of her patients are all treated equally with such great care. I can’t wait to share this info with my friends and family. I sure wish more doctors had this bedside manner and genuine care for their patients as she does.

Dr. Patel is so chill. She has tried so many different remedies with me to help alleviate my pain and discomfort. She never once has gotten frustrated or disheartened and has always been optimistic that she will get to the bottom of my problems. I’ve seen her plenty of times at both the Union and Scotch Plains locations and the staff is also very kind. I appreciate all the hard work and dedication provided to the patients. You guys are awesome!

Every time I go to Dctr Mgbako he is super professional and he doesn’t just talk about my feet he gives great suggestions for my overall health and he is a pleasure to talk too, always greet me with a smile and his energy is unmatched to any doctor i’ve ever been too! I never wait forever in the waiting room too! I also love the updated technology in this office! I can view my chart online, pay co pay online, get text messages when my next appointment is, etc! Great experience! Dr. Chudi is a loving and caring Dr. who takes time with you and make you feel comfortable. He is interested in my overall need. Recommended me to a Dr for my shoulder. My son and I died and went to heaven! Dr. Patel is a wonderful, kind, compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable doctor! After 3 years+ of my son suffering with constant pain from plantar fasciitis, and having seen 3 other podiatrists (who all said it would pass), Dr.Patel diagnosed and had a plan for a procedure to alleviate his pain all in 5 minutes!!! I also have seen her and she has helped me immensely with my own issues! There has never been more than a five minute wait for our appointments! Extremely professional and attentive and explains in a way that the patient can understand! Her office staff is pleasant, understanding, and makes you feel as ease. A special shout out to Marnette! There aren’t enough of words to describe her! Caring, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and extremely efficient! I highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone and everyone who needs a foot and ankle specialist! You will not be disappointed!
