BEWARE !!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE . This place is HORRIBLE . I only gave it one star so that I can write a review. All of their new released sneakers are given away to other 3rd party stores , and I have proof . They'll get an inventory of 100 pairs of yeezys for example and will sell 75 of them to 3rd partys stores and sell the other 25 to the public . So if you think your going to this place to get a hot item sneaker . MORE THAN HALF OF THEM are gone . The manager FRANK is a liar . If you dont shop at his store all the time and buy things . YOU WILL NOT WIN RAFFLES , and you wont get any high demand release. These woodstack stores are all ran by relatives so there is no one to contact to adress these issues . SAVE YOUR MONEY . Do NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS If your not speanding over 500$ weekly , you wont win ANYTHING .

I stopped by this store on the humble while visiting the city from Baltimore. Idn and Brandon were extremely helpful, courteous and professional! They had amazing personalities that made us want to purchase from them. Great unique inventory as well. I wish this store was in Baltimore. Great job!

I came to the store at 6:45 pm because my husband brought my son a pair of sneakers, the box said 9, one shoe was a 8.5 and the other 9.5, the door was locked, the guys came to the door and would not let me in said they where closed at 6:45 pm!! I can’t.. if you closed at 7 pm the doors should not be closed until 7 pm.

My experience at the Woodstack Union location was excellent! I spent awhile trying on things and asking the staff (Elijah and Ibn) for their assistance in helping to finalize my selections. The gentlemen were very patient, helpful, and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this store to family and friends.

Amazing experience, all workers are super friendly and are interactive and don’t just sit around. Would definitely recommend this store if you are in the area, I’ve been buying from them consistently.

They always close around 630. Don’t say you close at 7 during the week if y’all close early all the time. Waste people’s time.

Staff was excellent very informational and tentative beyond outgoing and helpful. They provided great suggestions and honest opinions. I can have trouble with making up mind sometimes but they really help guide me. I’m very happy with purchase. Very friendly staff and welcoming.

Spent about a good hour looking for something...Very patient and he made sure I was GOOD !!!!! Before I left the establishment!!! Good customer service
