Live music was great. Food was just okay as they were watered down and overly sweet. The guacamole was slopply prepared. Drinks are just ok. Service at the bar was very poor. The server brought my chips and guacamole and spilled the chips on the table. When I informed the bartender so he could bring me more chips, he made a rude comment about me needing to speak to the manager, "Over 2 chips spilling." I said no, I would like more chips. His sarcasm was very unnecessary and rude. I won't be returning.

Red Cadillac had a very cool, retro vibe! Loved the atmosphere and, even more importantly, the food and drinks! Starting with the fresh chips and ever so spicy salsa and mango margarita to the succulent pork empanadas and finally the super tender and flavorful, sizzling beef fajitas the food did not disappoint!! Service was top notch, not over bearing, but present when needed! I will absolutely return!

Ok so this was our first time visiting this establishment, and it was such a great experience. They have valet parking but since my man took it upon himself to begin backing into a space, the valet told us to go ahead. Entered the place and we were greeted immediately and brought to our table. Didn’t like the initial table so we asked to be seated along the wall and the woman who seated us happily obliged. Decor was so fascinating. I don’t know too much about cars but my boyfriend does and pointed out that a lot of the wall decor and hangings were car parts…pistons and so on. Pretty cool. Ordered fish and pork tacos and both were delicious and extremely fresh, although the fish tacos stole the show. Ordered a strawberry margarita and a tow truck and both were well made and heavy on the alcohol. They also had live music and I don’t know the name of the performer but he had a beautiful voice and covered a variety of well known songs…from Johnny Cash to Stevie Wonder, and he did them both justice. Overall it was a great experience and we’ll definitely be back again. I hope the next time we come back I hope the Red Cadillac is back out front so I can get a pic.

3.5 ⭐️ Was in the area and had saved this spot from awhile back, but honestly can’t remember who recommended it to me or why. Food was good, menu a tad small, and overall thought it was a bit overpriced. The elote off the cob had too much melted cheese and Mayo for my liking; maybe on the cob is better. The pork tacos were flavorful and filling.

Remember, this review is based solely on my experience. I had steak Fajitas with a side of seasoned corn. I had more onions and peppers than steak..

The service Here is so good... eating out is so different when you get good service. I really appreciate the people there..... food was good the sangria was as strong as I like it overall good experience valet was quick too no complaint. Place looks pretty cool inside also. I will be going back

We have driven by many times while closed and finally had a chance to experience it! Everything was incredible food, service,drinks & decor!! Highly recommended!! We cannot wait to return- over an hour away - worth the drive!!

The bartender and owner was extremely rude. The owner’s approach was very unprofessional, condescending, and passive aggressive when dealing with business matter and customer service . The male bartender was especially disrespectful to women.He was unnecessarily aggressive, loud and unruly. He tried to embarrass my friend and incite an unnecessary argument. His method was totally uncalled for, and lacked tact, manners, respect, and courtesy. It was a very bad experience, and I’m very disappointed and taken aback from this. Shame on you all. Especially the owner. Train your staff better in customer service. Show grace, professionalism and kindness. Do better guys!

The food was excellent, and as for service, we started with one server and ended with three. Another employee kept taking plates off the table without asking us if we wanted it removed. When we couldn't eat anymore, we asked to have it packed to go. We were given 2 paper bags for our food, I was able to put one in the bag and before I could pack the other one an employee comes and takes the bag off the table and walked away without asking us if it was OK. It was dark inside, and many people were using the flashlight from their cell phone, and at various times, the light would shine in our eyes. The music was a bit too loud and we found ourselves shouting. When it was time to pay, we didn't know who our server was to tip.

Wonderful atmosphere! Amazing live music I would go over and over again to hear the fantastic band with the best Playlist ever! Food was good could use a little more spice. Salsa was a little bland, but we got hot sauce and jalapeños to jazz it up and it made all the difference! Margaritas were delicious! Lovely gem in Union! Will definitely go back!

We love this restaurant. My family has been going here for years, to the point where the owners (who are always there running things and checking up on each table) know us by site and have seen our kids grow up coming here over the years. Their salsa is delicious and the chips, just what you hope for when you sit down. Service is always good and the food NEVER disappoints. Love their specials and always wait to hear them before we order

Food was 10 out of 10 all aboard. I came with 3 friends and my picky little son. He ate so you know it's good. The live music was just too loud to have a conversation, especially when you combine that with the other people trying to talk over the music.

Food wasn't bad but a bit salty. The Complimentary Rice and Beans definitely weren't the best. I did like the infused Tequila. It was on the sweet side so some may not like it. Service was good. Staff was friendly and attentive. I'll try it again but maybe another entry. Mexican Street Corn was good but overpriced.

Happened by the Red Cadillac by chance a few months back and vowed to return when we had a moment. How this gem went undetected by me all these years is a mystery. Margaritas are fantastic , food has been excellent on each occasion , and the hospitality of the Montes family on full display each time we visit. It's so great to see a family run business that understands what it takes to succeed. Great food, drink and excellent service. And did I mention the Mango and White Chocolate infused tequila? Run, don't walk, you are missing out!

Went in for dinner last Saturday. There was a short wait before we were seated. Had an amazing time. Food and drinks were so good. I had the pork tacos and a margarita on the rocks. There was live music which made the atmosphere even better. Can’t wait to go back!!!

The bartender that served us was extremely rude and aggressive. We brought it to the owner's attention; however, her response further explained her staff's behavior. She was just as rude and even condescending. I will no longer patronize this establishment nor recommend it. Very unprofessional

I can say soooo many great things about this restaurant. I'll start with, the service is ALWAYS amazing! You can absolutely tell that they work like a team there. Everyone is super attentive! The food is amazing. My friends and I love their chicken quesadillas and the Mexican street corn (we get the corn every time we go, sometimes 2 corns each lol). The drinks are strong too! They always have great live bands there. The only complaint I have is I wish they were opened 7 days a week lol. Otherwise, it's a MUST try!

It was our first time and a Friday evening. Right from the start the greeting we received on entry set the tone! Great energy, great service and there was live entertainment. We loved the atmosphere as well as the food. I'm particular on food so the only let down was on the rice and beans (nothing major, just wasn't my preference in texture and taste). We had a great time and the staff gets super applause all round, all we came in contact with, were awesome to us! Will definitely come back

This place has always been a 5/5 for me but today was a big disappointment. I loved how they respected a dairy allergy but none of the food was good today. The fish had a nasty taste like the way bottom feeder fish taste like garbage sometimes. The slaw was way too sweet in the fish tacos when it is normally fire. The black beans were SO salty. The street corn was mushy, flavorless and had a unpleasant taste. I won’t return after this. What a shame. I am never in the area and I was so excited to come here today.

My friend and I had a great experience at the Red Cadillac. The servers were warm, friendly, and were sure to offer great suggestions. The ambiance was geared more towards an adult atmosphere (red lighting) and the music was pretty good. While the menu was pretty condensed, there were still great selections. They have the best Margaritas in town, and the shrimp fritters were AMAZING!!! Just a heads up.. there will be an automatic gratuity added to your bill if you're spending over $100. I'll definitely be returning to Red Cadillac.

Phenomenal! The manger, host, and servers all are wonderful.100% will be coming back and also 100% will be recommending to everyone. I didn’t even take pictures because the food and atmosphere had me. Please add this restaurant to your bucket list!

We were there to celebrate a friend's engagement and the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent. We enjoyed a couple pitchers of their spicy jalapeno margarita which I highly recommend.

I have been told I need to try this place and I finally did, service was great and I love the atmosphere, food was likewise, excellent. My only gripe? Not a big menu, also, the night we went there was a big function and the staff was trying to keep things running smooth. I will have to go back and hopefully it'll be a little less hectic, but definitely going back

I have been going to The Red Cadillac for q3 years - it's only getting better! Definitely a MUST visit!

The food here was okay. I got the pork tacos and I didn't like how they were In cubes. The atmosphere and aesthetic was great. Service was also good. But overall I think this place is good for drinks.
