The managers and Staff are very rude, the lady that was helping me in register was also rude. She did not listen to me and was annoyed at me for no reason. I know being at the register is stressful but there was no line and she had no reason to act that way. I don’t know what is going on with the staff but lately is just getting worse! They have so many people working there and none of them offer and help or even greet you. Is so unwelcome!!

The store itself is fine; however, I booked an appointment for the salon for a 1-hour blowout for a wedding, and they did not have enough staff to cover requests. The stylist was able to get my hair done even after I mentioned I could only stay for 15-minutes past the end time, while balancing another client. That being said, be wary of booking appointments online because we should not have been able to book two appointments so close together with the same stylist.

So I actually love Ulta. However depending on who’s working it’s a hit or miss. Security watching you like a hawk. Mind you I’m the only black one in the store. I only had one encounter with a nasty associate. Haven’t seen her back. But get your security together.

Ulta Beauty is a nice clean store. Bright and lively feel in the store. It smells good upon entering. The employees are very helpful and professional. I was greeted and asked if I needed help.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. They should be fired immediately. The lady named Kristina who was apparently the manager didn’t want to be there. So she put up on a really bad face and was short and rude. I let customer service know about this.

The store is nice but the service is TERRIBLE. Every time I go in here, the managers are not friendly and neither are the cashiers. They also gave away my pick up order to someone else with the same last name, different first name. They also can't seem to find my pick up order half the time. Very unorganized. It's like high school when you walk in with full mean girl energy. I would have at least expected the managers to be professional and polite. A couple days ago, I went to return something and instead of asking for the reciept, the girl at the register gave me the lowest return price. I paid a couple dollars more for the item. I only realized after I left the store. These people are too focused on their gossiping and personal stories rather than the customers.

Solid Ulta store. Unfortunately, can't give 5 stars because the store was so hot, everyone was complaining and sweating, and the girl at checkout was quite rude and seemingly very bothered by my 2 questions and gift card use. The woman from Elizabeth Arden was a true delight and although unfamiliar with the store because it was her first day, she helped me find everything I was looking for!

Bought a product in the store, that you are supposed to mix at home, so you are sure you are having it fresh the moment you start using it. I flew back home to the Netherlands and opened it: someone already mixed it and used it. It also gave me an allergic reaction... probably because it is not new anymore :(((( I got it Saturday and tried it on Sunday evening, when I arrived home. Very disappointed, I did not know I had to open the product and check that all is in order in the box. Grrrrr.

Went in to Ulta on Old Country Rd and had Jean from Mac help me with my makeup for a recent womens empowerment event at Newsday Tvs new production studio. She was amazing - truly listened to my needs and helped me choose the perfect full coverage makeup shade - she also gave me a sample of clinical surge which is now my new fav!

On the afternoon of Sunday June 11th I was in store and the huge security guard followed me around the store, literally pacing and watching me from 3 feet away. Very creepy and weird. It was a busy Sunday afternoon, so since I don’t steal I’m sure he missed any actually theft happening for the 30 minutes he stood over me. I’d assume if he had the skill set to determine exactly who will commit a crime, the CIA would have recruited him by now. Also after I complained to the manager and left the store the creep literally followed me across the parking lot to where my car was parked then walked pass. Here is a clue for ulta, carrying shopping bags is usually a sign that you are spending money, not a sign that you are entering stores and filling them up. Also, during the 30 minutes i spent in store, not a single associate asked if i needed help and there was no sales associate to be found when I wanted to purchase a perfume. The staff needs to be more available to help customers especially for locked up products.

Terrible experience. I went there for the first time in November for a color change. I went home with half of the color unwashed off, crispy hair and brunette. I was totally blonde before and all I needed was a different blond tone. I cried that night. My husband took me back the next day so that they could fix the mess, and they tried by washing off the remaining color and deep conditioning. But I was still a brunette. So they suggested to go back six weeks later to high light it, promising it would not get worse than what it was because they would use the right products. I did. instead of high lights, they did me a color correction, broke my hair in half and had to pay for all of it again and much more than I expected because it was a color correction. Ruined my hair complete. they didn't even use the olaplex protection or a deep condition And I definitely asked them more than once if they were capable of doing the service. I left the place with a smile and without making any comments.

I love Ulta so much that I’m a Platinum member. However, this store has the worst customer service. The manager I spoke with was lazy and unhelpful. And the sales associate who rang me up had a bad attitude. If you’re not happy with your job, get a new one. Their terrible attitudes were such a turn-off.

I love Ulta, but I went the other day and the tall girl with dark hair checking me out really ruined my mood. I had an ulta gift card that I planned on using to pay for the items I was going to purchase. I was peeling back the plastic on my gift card to reveal the PIN number in order to activate the card, when she insisted that she could do it for me. I told her it was fine but she took it anyways. She started scratching the card. I told her to peel it. She then came back 3 minutes later and told me that “I” scratched the PIN numbers off the ulta card, and that there was nothing she can do about it, and that the card doesn’t work anymore when she clearly did it. I was super upset and frusterated. She could’ve handled the situation a lot better by owning up to what she did
