Saw a lot of hypes about Haidilao so it piqued my curiosity about all the videos made about it, and I can for certain it did NOT disappoint. It’s an amazing restaurant, and luckily we came mid afternoon (2-3) that the wait was not that long. The interior was stunning with modern but minimalistic designs. An added bonus is that there were free manicures and a bubble tea cafe inside! (Would definitely have got boba is I didn’t already bring my own) Now onto the star event! The hotpot! How can I say this but it was absolutely amazing! Enjoyed every bit, this is definitely a place to go with friends as Hot pot is a social event 💕 the staff was excellent and the food was delicious. Haidilao was an amazing experience and I’ve been praising it so much, but the only reason I’ve given it 4 stars is because despite everything, homemade hotpot beats all. The amount of meat (and additional stuff such as scallops and fish cake) given was not that much (impressive and high quality so I understand why) I believe each serving is for one person or perhaps two, but going as a group it didn’t feel as though we had enough. (We were all full because we had a variety amount of different items, but let’s be real. We’re really all here for the meat. Also, there’s no silken tofu, and the tofu they give is very spongy.) Now that I’ve experienced it, I will say I would definitely come here again. Haidilao is an experience to have and a treat to enjoy every once in a while, though next time I would definitely order more meat and noodles.

Pro: 1. Perfect service, free complimentary snacks when you are waiting. 2. Staffs are very very very attentive to your need with a smile on their face. 3. Generous with their potions. 4. Toilet is clean and full of stuff that you need in emergency. 5. Free take-away boxes. 6. Free toys for children ( not sure if it is for everyone, I spend about £90 ). Cons: 1. I was happy every time I came so I will update if there is something come up.

Good hotpot with great service, always packed inside with lively background music. In UK you have to pay for watermelon whereas in China it is one of the free treats at the sauce stations. I felt the meat was if a good quality and the deep fried tofu strips were good, also lotus leaves seemed fresh. Price can add up quite quickly so important to keep yourself in check. I will be going back.

On 07.11.2023 Five of us went all the way to London from Nottingham for this. 2 out of 5 were Chinese. We three have never ever had such Chinese food in our lives, we had not even see how they eat this stuff. We had no clue until we walked in that we had to cook our own food. All we saw was raw stuff on the table. Then the adventure began with the following order: Beef tallow spicy soup base Haidilao coconut chicken broth Mushroom soup base Squid tentacles Handmade beef tendon balls Sliced lamb ribs Sliced beef short ribs 8 seconds baby spinach Crown daisy Pink lady Crab sticks Duck blood Haidilao styled beef Fried crispy pork Haidilao styled noodles Luncheon meat Marinated pork Signature mashed shrimps Boneless bass fish Bean curd roll So much on the table and we just going on and on. Loved every bit of the meal. It was nice experience. Rather a memorable one. There was also free manicure in the package, but such a pity we could not avail it due to waiting time. To add to all this we got a good discount too.

Food is good quality and as expected is a clean hotpot restaurant. Seating is located in the basement of the building, but is well lit and spacious. Service is really good and completes the whole experience. Staff are polite. Everything seems extremely planned and well thought out; from the entrance/ waiting area to the seating arrangements to even the way you order food. I definitely do recommend this place for the experience.

This place was amazing, the wait is long but definitely worth it… we came at 1600 and joined the line and we were seated by 1900 but you can leave and they text you when your table is ready or stay in the waiting area where they have a variety of food and drinks. The place was so clean and the staff were amazing. The food itself was really good one of the best if not the best hot pot I’ve had. A very nice atmosphere and so many options to chose from. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back.

I heard a lot about this establishment and I must say it is worth every penny. The staff is super attentive and helpful. The space is clean. The sauce station is clean and gets stocked up constantly. The options are incredible. Now I finally understand why there is always a line.

The service is fast and friendly. Me and my friend had booked a table the day before and we were guided to the place when we arrived. The staff introduced carefully how to order ingredients for the broth. There are plenty of fresh seafood, vegetable option and seasoning. Staffs look after my table tidily and they appeared quickly every time I need something. The “dancing noodle” is absolutely amazing with the performance of kind staff. In addition, the toilet is clean and spacious. Customer service is the best when they took care of small things such as lens wet wipe and covering for bags. I’m very satisfied.

My friends brought me here on my Birthday and the experience was amazing. Food was delicious, staff was really friendly and kind! They even came with the „fruit cake” and sang for me! Definitely will come back and I’ll keep spreading the word about how amazing place it is!

Amazing! Filling, VERY tasty and quite an experience. My friend who is from China says there are 1000 of these in Bejing. No wonder. A recipe for success. Great service, attentive, ask whatever questions you need, an prepare your own food kinda sorta. Eat what you want, how you want it. And there is a whole tech side to the restaurant that is quite cool.

Great experience, first time going to a hotpot and it definitely lived up to expectations. The broths were all distinct and the food was fresh. The atmosphere was great, the staff were welcoming and attentive. It is a bit expensive, though that largely depends on what you order and how much. Would definitely recommend

I have been here twice now. Once by myself and once with a group. Both times staff were friendly and helpful. The food is amazing! Fresh ingredients, fair prices. If you haven’t been to a hot pot this is a great place to try. If you eat later in the evening you probably want a reservation. Pro tip: You can fill 1 quarter with water to bring down the price If you ask nicely, you can keep the aprons!

The service is not bad, free snack and drink was offered when we were waiting to be seated. Food was nice, the meat has different quality options and the one we ordered was really tender. The portion was good as well although the fish was a bit smelly from memory… love that the self-service bar offers the variety of different sauce and nice dessert soup!

#hotpot lovers this is the mother of all hotpots in the world. Original Chinese place with almost 1300 restating China. I don’t think anyone can do justice to this food than this restaurant. High class service, cleanliness and excellent options to pick from. They give you 5 hotpots to pick from Vegetarian Beef broth Chicken broth Pork broth Tomato base Dipping sauce station was best way of creating your own sauce to your own liking. You can have four broths at one time. Wagyu beef was my favourite and prawns was excellent too. Noodles were great with many veggies to choose from. Fried buns with mashed prawns were something new for me. Loved every bite and enjoyed the whole experience. Do make a reservation before going.

Unique experience for westerners to try Chinese hot pot. Fresh food ingredients are key to success and they didn't disappoint, everything was fresh and the experience was unique as it has its own waiting area for free snacks and drinks. There could be noodle making chef demonstrating it's skills Infront of you and they even sing you a birthday song if it's your big day. Not cheap but you get an experience with great food.

Lots of people having birthday today it was so fun XD! Food is always good although the queue is long we got to wait with phone number so we only need to come back when it’s our turn. Monica provided a great service for us and did her best to check our order, filling the soup, removing the plates, etc. All staff were so nice and helpful!

Amazing experience, the food was good and what makes it extra special is the staff. They were all professional and friendly. All was very helpful especially Yiguo, she was so incredibly sweet and kind. I wish her the best as she really deserves it! <3 We ordered passion fruit soda and it was so good, my friends loved it that they asked for the recipe, props to Jason for the delicious drink. We also got a gift which was really thoughtful, thank you to the lady with pretty red hair.

I visited on a Friday evening to introduce our friends to Hot Pot for a dual birthday / Chinese New Year dinner. I had read the reviews and knew there might be a queue to get in but you can add yourself to the digital queue and go away and you'll get a text when your table is ready. We arrived at 4.30pm and had our text at 4.52pm so it was not very long at all (but appreciate that this was before the main rush when I strongly suggest booking in advance). If you decide to wait there, there's sweets, snacks and dispensers of orange water provided. There's even a nail bar! This is the first UK Hot Pot where I've had it split up to 4 sections which suited us as we had a vegetarian, non-spicy and spicy eaters. There's a massive range as well as good value found in the Vegetable Platter and Mushroom Platter. There's also one of the biggest dipping sauce stations I've seen. Orders are placed using tablets at your table and you can add extra rounds (which you will) and drinks. There's even a pasta maker! Aprons are provided and in fact, Haidilao Hot Pot, if you're reading this - please tell me where you get your hair ties from! The cloth is both a good tightness but doesn't tug. Unfortunately, the only thing I'd say is that as the restaurant is downstairs I don't think it's wheelchair accessible. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I didn't see a lift.

Came here for a friends birthday, the staff are friendly and understanding as we were running late, they also managed to extend our time and we was worried our booking will get cancelled otherwise as it’s really hard to book a table here, really enjoyed my overall experience, the food is fresh, and I like how you can help yourself to snacks in the waiting room and also a manicure while you are waiting though I never had a chance to get one before but maybe one day. Highly recommend if your looking for a experience you won’t forget

The service was amazing and the people there were so sweet especially Yiguo. She had the best service for us, the kindest sweet woman on earth, she’s so helpful, successful and kind. Also, I wanted to thank the Barman Jason for the amazing Juice, he made us. It was the best thing I ever tasted in my life, these people made my day. And I suggest other people to go there. ✨❤️
