Great venue in the heart of Braunstone gate. Fantastic atmosphere with friendly staff and a really good selection of beers and bespoke ales. Also a really good venue with live bands most weekends. Highly recommend a visit.

What a place to be!! If you like your alternative music this is defo the place to be with a wicked very unique look to the place, very friendly staff and it hosts many free live music events and to top it off a very nice spirit selection with loads of band-related drinks. Love it here!!!

Didn't try the food but the beer was pretty good *and* they gave me a sample of the different options they had. The interior decoration was really cool too.

Came here for the first time few days ago and what a place to see. Never been in a bar like, amazing staff and looks so unique with a huge shark on one wall and an octopus on another. Love it here

I have been coming to this bar for a while now, it's an awesome bar if your into the rock/metal scene with lots of live music which is mostly free entry. What's good about this bar is it caters for all even if your not into the scene as everyone is made to feel welcome by the staff and the manager always has a smile and time to say hi.

What an awesome bar and the most unique looking one I have ever been in. Music is good if you like rock and the drinks selection is massive. Highly recommend this place even if your not into rock

I visit this pub to listen some live heavy music. To my experience, most of the groups perform brutal metal. Personally, I don't like it too much but it is still good to listen. Venue is small, not crowded but acoustics quality is low. There is a good selection of beers named after famous bands but most of them taste the same.

Metal bar with a Steampunk twist. Live bands and DJ most weekends and free entry unless it's ticketed. They have some wicked merch designed by a local tattoo artist as well. Second floor is great for chilling out. Bikers welcome too. Halloweens always novel here with some of the best booze on tap.

I always look for a rock/ metal pub wherever I go and this place stood out when I did a search. What a cool pub! It's immediately obvious that a lot of thought went into the decor and ambiance. I went by myself and was welcomed by a friendly barman, sat at one of the cool long tables (it would be great with a bunch of mates) and listened to some classic rock while I enjoyed my pint. Couldn't stay long as I was meeting my son (he would've loved it; awesome pool table!), but first impressions were really good. If/when I return to Leicester, I'll definitely be going back.
