Having been to hospital where they have been treating skin cancer I was told if I had. Any problems go to my surgery for advice,my face had flared up and ear lobes bleeding very painful,after explaining this I was told to go home and ring in for an appointment I said surely a nurse could spare 5 minutes No go home and ring in was the answer.Whatever happened to compassion and care for the community Fitzallan surgery has seriously gone down hill since the 1980s when we first came to use it

Absolutely disgusting treatment from this surgery. When I've been in for appointments, they hardly seem fussed about whatever is going on and often rush people out. They also book appointments without confirming the time. I have just spent an hour and a half trying to get through. When I got to caller number 1, they ended the call.

Absolutely disgusted by the neglect my 18month old granddaughter has received from this practice. They should be shut down.

Impossible to actually see a doctor at this surgery.

They should be marked inadequate. Since the recruitment of a Shay Garner and Shelley Foreman the surgery has become far worse. It took the Doctor three months to phone me after making an appointment. I have been told to F... O.. by one of the prescribing team in the street. I have never forgotten.

The doctors are incredibly hard to get ahold of and when you do they are incredibly incompetent and rude! Caused major health issues with my two children! Never would recommend to anyone
