I had an ingrown nail problem, and she not only skillfully performed surgery to remove it but also implemented a procedure to prevent its recurrence in the future. Her office had a friendly atmosphere, and she explained each step of the procedure, which I appreciated. Additionally, Dr. Mathilde provided me with all the necessary medical supplies and left me with a wealth of recommendations to follow at home after the operation. I had been reluctant to sort out my toe and toenail issues for quite a while as they have not given me any serious issues. However, I started to run longer distances and felt that I should prioritise foot care a little more. I was worried what I would be getting myself in for. Turns out I was worried for nothing. I have nothing but praise for Mathilde, who has helped me to get over my very painful Plantar Fasciitis which had lasted months. There is no quick fix but insoles, exercises and the painful but magic shockwave therapy have worked wonders!

I had a wonderful experience today getting my corn removed. At first something I thought was going to be quite painful was far from that. Penny went above and beyond to make sure I had no more corns and even cleaned up my feet! It felt like I was having a pedicure. It was very relaxing! And i’m now a lot more informed about my feet. As a long-time club runner with experience of different podiatrists over the years, I can't speak too highly of the service and care provided.
