Tasty burgers that are a generous size. Thicker than McD's or BK's. Cajun fries were nice & spicy. The chocolate shake is very good 🤤. Not a lot of parking spots. There is a dual lane drive through. Expect £20ish per person 😬. Which is typical of 5 Guys.

Went on opening day. Despite being after 5 and queueing out of the door, it was spotlessly clean and the staff were polite and professional. Food at an excellent standard, hot and tasty, with 15 members of the team behind the counter working well together. Drive through has two lanes, which seems to mean that there will always be someone outside to deliver to the car. Will be back but probably driving through because the only criticism I have is that the music was so loud that I couldn't hear myself think.

Very busy as it's their first weekend open but the person on the till was very helpful and made sure to set expectations. Had food about 15 minutes after ordering and it was delicious!

Gotta say.. Very excellent customer service, the food is great. The milkshakes are delicious! The best milkshake in town, better than McDonald’s!! 😍💯 A good size portion of chips even a small is enough for one person and the burgers are so juicy and tasty! I’d definitely be back again very soon! Also the floor staff are so welcoming, kind and very helpful. I’ve came here 2 times since opening and always got a kind lovely greeting from (I think his name is) Paul! He was working on the floor the 2 times I’ve been there and was such a lovely guy, was very helpful and very kind, but works very hard and can tell he loves his job! Unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the lovely woman who also took my order at the til, but she was also very sweet and very helpful when it came to what they had to offer on the menu! I shall be back again soon!! 👍💯 Keep up the great work guys!

Amazing burger and fries, awesome milkshake, a little pricey but definitely worth it as a treat once in a while. The burger blows MC D out of the water, the meat is juicy and fresh, great bit of cheese and proper bacon. Fries were nice and crisp, perfectly cooked and for a regular size got I plenty, although they salt mostly fell to the bottom so the last few were salty ah well . Milkshakes are double thick and made fresh with all the add ons you want, Oreo is awesome. Service is friendly and efficient, not light speed but definitely adequate for "fast food" a shame all the tables we're taken when I arrived as I'd definitely eat in. All in all a great experience and some delicious food, but if you're on a budget perhaps not the easiest of choices. There isn't very much parking and if you're in anything larger than a van (sprinter/transit) you may struggle to fit in the drive through or find a large space (try parking at the petrol station)

The food was great and I was served in a polite and understanding manner by Brandon, another member checked in on me just as i was finishing my meal which was great. I recommend the Spicy Cajun Fries, I’d never tried them but was offered the seasoning on side to add myself and its my new favourite.

We were super excited when we heard a Five Guys was opening near Mildenhall and we couldn't wait to try the food. There were 5 of us in total who ordered food and we were all very underwhelmed to say the least. The prices are shockingly high for such below average food. My burger in particular wasn't even fully cooked, the others burgers weren't cooked thoroughly either. I'll attach a photo as evidence.i would absolutely NOT recommend eating here. I'm sorry to say it was a huge disappointment.

A great location! By far the best five guys burger I've had but the fries were very salty. Would definitely visit again though!
