Had my eyebrows done , absolutely love them . Kirsty was so friendly and professional. Would highly recommend. Now just had the eyeliner done , am so pleased with it , really changes your eyes with both treatments .Went back for eyeliner top up , could not be more pleased the final result . Had my eyebrows done with Kirsty who was extremely professional & provided reassurance through explaining the process as I was a bit apprehensive. Kirsty worked her magic to make years of overplucking disappear to give me natural looking brows. Due to the numbing gel applied during the treatment, it was also painless. Aftercare was also straightforward & I had minimal scabbing in the healing period. Just had my 6 week touch up & once healed, I am looking forward to over a year of lush looking brows. Kirsty did a brilliant job bringing my eyebrows back to how i wanted them after years of over plucking i got fed up pencilling them in every morning now i don't have to. I had them done previously 7yrs ago somewhere else but as i moved to Norwich this then fitted into my working shift so now i have the perfect eyebrows every morning when i get up. 100% satisfied

After much deliberation I decided to have my brows done. They had been gradually thinning due to health issues going back a good 15 years so were pretty much non-existent now. I enquired with a few places locally that did micropigmentation, and although most responded quickly with information, Kirsty was the only person to call me to explain the procedure in full. This made me feel at ease, as I was very nervous about having my brows done after not having them for so long. Kirsty described everything in detail via phone and at my appointment made me feel very calm as she went through the options to me. It was a very relaxing experience and I am thrilled with the outcome. I am looking forward to the final touch up in a few weeks to complete my brows and I would recommend Flawless to anyone.
