I have been here 3 times since discovering this little Gem and I can't express how much I love it! Staff are so sweet and welcoming, they have an endless selection of rum which is basically heaven. Cocktails are to die for. I called here and reserved a table for my birthday as I loved it so much and found they decorated the table beautifully and even got me a balloon. Lovely people and excellent Rum, what more can you want? After all... Rum before 10am doesn't make you an alcoholic, it makes you a pirate! 🥃

Absolutely lovely experience at the Rusty Krab! I got a pirates Lang and my partner got an espresso dream both were both incredibly delicious (I ended up buying a bottle of the Lang's to have) Everyone inside was so friendly and it really feels like a warm welcoming place with a local touch, they let me try the rum before purchase letting me know I'd made the right call With the summer here I cannot recommend a bar more to grab a cocktail! being on tower street it's got quite a calm vibe with the outdoor seating We will be back!

Argh, this be the place for fine rum, and wobbly legged fun. More rums here than in my horde. The owner be a pirate king they say, lucky I didn't meet him or we would have had to duel to the death ☠️. Barman/wench helped me try a number (more than 5?🎊) of fine rums before I scored a bottle two swallows. Shiver my timbers, that's some good rum.

Not one for writing reviews, however felt compelled. Brilliant wee spot, great surrounds to enjoy an excellent variety of rums. Owner very knowledgeable and personable. Recommend tasting the Bronze Neck or their own blend. Best of luck, hopefully be back soon.

Amazing bar such a great find!! We were given a taster of their caramel rum which was amazing!! My husband tried the spiced rum which was the strongest they had. I would highly recommend both their rums and the bar !!

Great little independent shop and bar, love that you can test the rum before you buy, and they have some gorgeous cocktails! The owners really know their stuff and I've gone from never drinking rum to buying 3 different types from them. Plus - they've got extra posh paper towels in the loo ha! Long may this gem stay open!

A great place to go if you like rum, it's a family run business and they know their stuff, it has a large selection of rums available to buy either as a bottle or as a normal drink with or without mixer. I would definitely recommend a visit.
