As a Man United fan, it was odd visiting the Emirates stadium, but we have to recognize other clubs, so what the heck. Enjoyed the visit and bought a few souvenirs to take back home.

Friendly staff and quick service. Queue to go in went quickly. Lads at the till were chatty and nice.bags cost 1.5 which is a bit muggy.

A very nice team store unfortunately the stock was very limited. They only had 3XL in the home kit and none of the black kit. Traveled from America looking forward to get this years kit. Was also looking for a kit for nephew and they didn’t have anything for him either. Hopefully the team can figure out the inventory issues.

Absolute terrible staff - very dismissive and unhelpful. Need to be changed asap. I asked a staff member (the old woman) if you sold caps in the junior size and she said you didn’t, you only sold the infant and adult sized ones. Ten minutes later after searching around the store, I find the junior size caps. Then I started looking for gloves and after I couldn’t find any, I asked the lady with the brunette hair if you sold any gloves. She said that you don’t sell any gloves anymore. Then as I was in the queue getting ready to pay for my items, I saw a whole basin of gloves by the till. The least the staff could have done is look like they’d checked or cared; especially considering that they are SALES assistant staff.

Great selection of Arsenal merchandise. Friendly staff. One minor thing was that the staff didn't ask/remind me if I wanted to get the Premier League patch printed so I had to go there again the next day XD

Wonderful experience for any Arsenal supporter. One less star because it can be difficult to finde sizes M-L on most of the popular items.
