Had no idea this existed before! The place is huge and feels like a sort of outdoor store you’d get in the USA but it’s right here and not far from central London! In fact it’s right by Canada Water station, you turn around and there it is right by the water. Now that holidays are to be had in the uk and it’s camping season you can pick up some decent and very cheap goods from here. Changing rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended

Good selection sports items in general and good sales team but workshop has let them down. Bought a bike and got told I could ride away with it same day after the workshop checks it over. They gave it to me with a stuck front break so I had to go back for a repair within a day of getting the bike. Took it hope after the ‘repair’ and the same thing happened again. Took two repair visits to get it sorted. Ordered the suggested mudguard for click&collect and ordered installation. The mudguard didn’t fit so the engineer snapped a part of the mudguard off to make it fit! Meant the mudguard rattled around and was rubbing. Got so desperate for this to be corrected ended up going to another Decathlon and using their workshop, they were shocked at the bad install of the Surrey Quays workshop. The general stock in this store is pretty good, general fitness clothing is comfy and always good value. Vast selection of sports in store from martial arts to swimming.

A huge warehouse for every sport imaginable. It is strange to see skis, surf boards, bicycles, and hiking gear all in one place in central London. Good value for money, and helpful staff. The treat of the day was finding staff with small national flag badges making it easy for the multi cultural population to find assistance in their home language.

This is a massive store with almost every sport you can imagine, under one roof. Very easy to find the store from Canada Water station and there are lots of cafes to stop at nearby for before or after. There are lots of staff nearby to help however many of them look disinterested and are standing around chatting. For example there was only one person assisting on the bicycles with about 7 people nearby chatting in various groups. The store is clean and very well stocked, but could do with my signposting with large overhead signs to help find things quickly.

Majid was super helpful and friendly today, managed to fix my bike even though I didn't have an appointment and i could see he was juggling a lot of other customers, I'm very grateful. In case anyone in the management team sees this: I think that workshop could do with having someone on reception duties, the mechanics end up spending most of their time dealing with enquiries, payments etc which means it takes them longer to do the fixing.

We visited the store to buy a new scooter for my eldest and member of staff by the name of Tudor offered to build the scooter so my daughter can enjoy it straight away. It's amazing when someone offers to help because they notice how hard it can be to shop with two toddlers. Thank you Tudor! Location is also perfect for families travelling with kids. Parking underground is huge and they have a nice cafe and studio that runs many classes throughout the week. My kids loves visiting this store and gives them the chance to play while I shop.

This one is walkable distance from Canada Water. They have good supportive staff who can assist in case of any queries. They have an option to get the bike on the same day even if you are planning to buy it under 'cycle to work' scheme using your own money and later getting the voucher(as it will take some time for processing)iand getting the refund later by visiting the store again.

One of the best plaaces for sports items. Just a short walk from Canada Water underground station. Large store with a huge collection of sports items including cycling, hiking and camping, boating and kayaking etc. Lot of quality stuff to compare in person and range of prices to suit anyones budget. This store has a free water dispensor and customer toilets.

Excellent store with just about everything you could want from a sporting store, and at unbelievably competitive prices! They have a fantastic area to hire table tennis by the hour for not much and hold other sports too. I’ve been playing table tennis there and it’s great!

Had a very positive experience today from the very helpful staff named Kenneth. We didn’t receive the email for one of our strung rackets. He went out his way to check for me, got the racket took it upstairs to the racket desk where I was waiting and walked me back to the welcome desk on ground floor. Very impressed by his service and appreciated his personal touch. Thank you Kenneth!

Fantastic sports clothes equipment stores. It has fishing and camping equipments, too. Indoor table tennis for customers to play. Free underground car park for 4 hours. You can let the staff know if you intend to stay longer than that. Staff are helpfully and knowledgeable. There is a cafe inside the store and good seating area. You really can make a day trip there. Good range of products and good value for money.

My son wanted to buy a basketball so we went to this store. It had a lot of sporting goods and I ended up buying my daughter some ballet clothes and a new bag for school. Huge store, lots of selection!

Terrible bike service. I bought a bike here a week ago. Two days later, the rear tire completely deflated. Ok, I came to their repair, paid 10 pounds, they changed my tire. But two days later, it deflated again. I came back again, and they changed my tire again, for free. But two days later, the second tire also deflated. I came for the third time. And asked to explain all this to me. Because it can't be like this if everything is normal. They said it was all my fault. It was me who punctured a bicycle tire three times in a week. I paid another 20 pounds to have my external and internal tires replaced with the best ones. They told me that they would put a good tire, but they gave me a check to pay for the one that is worse and put the tire that I paid for. Fortunately, I noticed it. And I asked to replace the tire that they put on me with the one that they promised to put on. I had to pay another 5 pounds for this. Thus, in total, I paid another 35 pounds for this new bike. Of course, I can't prove in any way that I have already bought this bike with a damaged tire, and that they put bad tires on both times, and that all this did not happen by accident. But I can write this review.

Fantastic service when I bought a bike, child seat and lock here today. They assembled it all (free of charge) so I could hit the road right away. I had bought everything online and used the collection service, super pleased. I also happened to have selected the wrong child seat (it wasn't compatible with the bike), but they swapped it for another one without issue. I could ride out of the shop with my toddler safely in the seat - super service. Thanks!

Totally satisfied with this place. Was looking to get some sporting equipment and boy was I glad I located this place. From climbing, jogging, biking , mountaineering to swimming, tennis, basketball and most of other sports equipment, wear and gear were represented. There is also a golf simulator for golf enthusiasts upstairs and a tennis court at the top of the building. The staff was helpful as I had to return an item I purchased earlier and it was a breeze. Self checkout is available. And yes, the restroom was clean as a whistle. Kudos

This place is unbearably hot, especially on the upper floor if your trying something on. I'm on the tiny changing rooms, I'm sweating profusely and I'm dying to get out of here! The toilets downstairs are a joke and the flush barely has any water. I feel for the person who has to clean all the s***. It's unbelievable how this store is so new and so bad! Close the store and rethink it.

I bought a gym ball at the store the other day and my battery-powered pump at home wasn't strong enough to inflate it to the max, so I took it back to the store and the staff were very polite and helpful in sorting it out. Big thanks to Emma who helped me to inflate the ball in the store! I would also suggest that you have these kinds of pumps available in-store as standard for whenever a customer needs to inflate or re-inflate some equipment they've bought, rather than having to buy one they might only ever use once or twice.

Decathlon is new and improved and it has many more sports items and services than you could possibly need. Well worth a visit as prices are really decent. The variety and quality are also worth it. They have super unique and useful items at fractions of the cost of some other stores and also better quality. This trip I specifically went to get a cricket jersey printed with some text on the back. It only cost me £6.99!! Amazing value. Parking is at the basement where conveniently the toilet is also located. The staff are really helpful and friendly too.

Took my bike in for a service, paid £70. When I got it back the brake pads were way too tight so the bike was braking all the time. Fortunately I had it looked at by Dr Bike, who adjusted the brakes better. I would be careful taking my bike to Decathlon in the future.

I am very pleased with the help of a Decathlon employee. Great knowledge, help and competence. The fact that there were no roller blues that I wanted to buy and yet I left with new ones proves that you did your job very well. I wish there were more such employees. ♥️

The shop is very easy to find with the nearest tube / overground station is Canada Water. The store is big and very spacious. It's tidy with nice helpful staff. On the 1st floor you can find a mini bar with healthy juice choices and seating options. In the store you can find a variety of accessories for different sports.

If you’re looking for a bicycle (inc electric) or need to get your bike repaired or service, it can be done. The store has a lot of products, ranging from tennis, fishing, hiking, running, gym and more. Situated across several floors and is wheel chair accessible. There is an on-site cafe too. Check out station is self service, put your items in the check out bin, one at a time and their clever text scans your items, pay and go.

Aga decathlon customer service representative from decathlon surrey quays gave us an excellent customer service. she had so much patience with me. she show me all type of bikes. informing about the best bike that was going to suit for me. She recommended me all the accessories I need. She has very good knowledge of bikes . Definitely I would come to decathlon for her and this great customer service experience..
