Food was super tasty! I ordered the fish dish. My vegetarian friend looked a little uncomfortable seeing the fish eyes so I asked the staff member to cut the head. And also asked for some gravy. They were more than happy to do so. Staff were really nice and friendly. They serve the food in proper plates, it feels so homely. The atmosphere of the market is buzzing! It’s a great place to stop over before we went and did the Great British Bake of experience. Would highly recommend coming here for lunch!

We got the jerk chicken and it was a big portion with amazing taste. Comes with salad,plantain , and rice, and it was probably the best I’ve had in London. There is space to sit too. The service was 10/10 too , extremely friendly chef . If you’re in the area, take the plunge and give it a go. You don’t regret it.

Nice little surprise in Tooting market. The owner was very helpful and the service was good. He makes his own pepper sauce which was a nice touch. The mutton and potato curry was tender and flavourful. Decent sized portions. There are tables to eat in the market or you can get takeaway.

Great tasting authentic Jamaican food, seasoned well - large portions. Friendly service. Tastes as good as your mum's & grandmother's home cooking.

With the vocal delights of Teddy Pendergrass as the soundtrack, I was served the lamb patty I craved at that particular moment... I proceeded to eat aforementioned Jamaican delicacy, and was not disappointed in any way, shape, or form. The gentleman who served me, I assume the proprietor of the establishment, was friendly and professional, and I can only heartily recommend his patties.

This has long been a go-to spot for me, but usually in passing or grabbing food to take home. This evening I sat in, Chris is a delight as always and the food was outstanding. The portions are large but the meals are light. Flavour is beyond. Just go already.

Amazing food ! Amazing friendly chef/owner. You can see him prepare the food all by himself in his kitchen. Try the mutton and stew chicken.

Amazing food and the nicest man you'll meet, Christopher's Jerk Chicken is worth the trip alone! Don't miss the beef patties and his fresh dumplings - set within Tooting Market it's a perfect meal out.

I tired the jerk chicken with plantain and my friend tried the spinach and okra soup. 10/10 I would recommend!! So yummy and felt so homey. I will definitely be back for more😻
