Some great young staff, very helpful, you go in next time and they’ve been “let go” - come on Yates, you’ve got elderly working way past retirement but don’t give young staff a fair chance! There’s plenty of cleaning they could be doing for sure! - you reap what you sow!

Phoned up company I had never dealt with b4 spoke to a gent I believe called Tony asked if they had a 2 seater tom hetton bench in stock. Hurrah he said yes and more than one. Price was good i said we would call monday could they put one aside as we were coming from out of town yes no problem we actually called on the Saturday tony wasnt in a young man assisted us and yes a bench had my name on it ready for pick up on Monday. Fabulous service from a phone call both gents were great I'm happy I have the bench I wanted after being let down by a local supplier. Also we had a great day out in Malton coz food festival was on win win. Thanks again to Yates & Son
