Family from Italy came to stay with us we booked them into Highfields and they had an amazing stay, the hosts were very welcoming and could not do enough for us. The place was awesome, the bed very comfy and the apartment was spotless. Thank you Anita & Peter for looking after my Italian family.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Will definitely be back. Very warming welcome from Pete the host, recommending local places for me to get some tea. The room was absolutely spotless. Amazing breakfast hand delivered to my room in the morning. Could not fault a thing. Thank you Pete 👍🏻

Host is a very friendly and charming guy. Greeted me as I drove into sight and told me about local places. The room was a lovely charming comfy place and very warm. I highly recommend. My only negative is the WiFi in the end room cuts out if you get off the bed and sit at the desk. Signal booster may be needed. Would deffo stay here again

On arrival was met by Peter the owner. Who gave me an excellent overview of the accommodation and surrounding. The standard of cleanliness is second to none. The rooms are cosy Modern beautifully decorated. If you are looking for peace and quite, then this is the place to head for. There has been a new installation of a shepherd's hut, which will be ready in the very near future. I didn't have the breakfast because I had made other arrangements, but a bottle of fresh orange juice was left outside my door. So yes I would highly recommend Highfields Holidays Bed & Breakfast. Well worth 5 stars.

I have been staying here a few weeks for work and the rooms and hosts just fantastic. The best place I have ever stayed and nothing too much bother. Comfy beds,lovely showers and the self catering accommodation is a home from home

We stayed in one of the self catering apartments whilst we were in the process of moving home, and we needed somewhere that would be a stress free environment and that is exactly what we found. The accommodation was outstanding. The amenities were fabulous. The location is perfect for a quiet break. If we hadn't of had snow then a walk around the grounds would have just topped off the stay, to see the wildlife around the lake would have been amazing. Highly recommend...5 stars isn't enough!

We stayed for 5 nights in October 2023. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Peter and Anita were excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The continental breakfast was first class. There is ample parking behind a security gate. We would recommend without hesitation.

Just spent a night at Highfields and couldn't ask for anything better in a B&B. Peter was a very attentive host and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The heating was on (it's starting to get a little chilly outside) which made it very cozy. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend.

This is a top notch b&b. I think we were in the largest room and it was stunning and not what you expect from a b&b. The gardens are lovely and include a great little fishing lake. The owner Peter, was lovely and couldn't do enough for us

This bed and breakfast are as good as they come! We’ve just been for a second time to Highfields Holidays in Coates near Peterborough. The first time we stayed in the largest room with a lovely continental breakfast included. The second time in the self catering apartment which had everything we needed. In both stays the rooms were clean,comfortable; quiet; beds were comfortable and both rooms are consistently good. It’s perfectly located to go to supermarket shops pubs Whittlesea Peterborough March etc; and exceeds expectations within a small village. Anita and Pete are excellent approachable hosts they showed such warmth and friendliness and nothing was too much trouble for them, excellent hospitality! We have recommended this B&B to friends and family and would not hesitate to go again. A heartfelt thank you to both of you for your generous hospitality and attention Anita and Pete!

My wife and parents stayed here for a week and had a lovely stay. The service is impeccable and very friendly. The rooms in the Boardsman Lodge are great. Will definitely be coming back.
