This place is very busy and you will expect a line outside and inside. There’s not much seats inside so you will have to wait for 15-20 mins on average. We ordered the match bingsu, which was quite nice! Not too sweet and we liked the red bean paste in it😋 The manager (a Chinese man) was very rude and impatient but the other two staff (the girl and another Chinese boy) were friendly. DO NOT order cake rolls in the evening coz they turn hard when placed outside for a day :(

So busy and long queue. But man it was worth it. The shaved ice was amazing and we shared katsu curry here and it was great too! A bit overpriced but I c an understand why. I will come back eventually if the queue isn’t bad 😂

First time to try bobe tea, actually it is not my favourite to be honest. But the place is amazing and staff are nice and helpful. If u like tea with sweets like chewing gum you will like it.

First time ever tried the Bingsu and loved it. It is like a grated/shaved ice than melts on the mouth. The shop offers various combination, I opted for the strawberry flavours. I suggest to share it if not really hungry, the portion is generous. But the shop offers much more, so I tried as well the Nama Roll a kind of sponge cake filled with whipped/chantilly cream so tasteful and light, that also it's sold in different flavours. Just be aware that the venue is so tiny, something like 5 table so be ready to queue to get seated

We seized our chance this early afternoon (2pm) when we noticed there wasn’t much of a queue outside SHIBUYA. After waiting ~10mins, we ordered before sitting down. The seating area is small, hence, the long queues normally. The kinako bingsu was excellent but we made the mistake of pouring the sweetened milk sauce on too early. Wait until you have eaten some of the bingsu first or else you risk just wasting the milk! We live for this roasted soybean flavour. It’s a generous one person portion. The strawberry shortcake is probably the best we have eaten - so light and checks the right sweetness level. Prices are slightly premium so I could only give it 4* but I would say it has a stronghold in the area. Service is quick and polite.

The place is so small you literally have to wait for such a long time to sit inside The cakes and shaved ice cream were EXTREMELY good although my friend from Japan told me this is not the traditional shaved ice cream.

Tasty and cute but overpriced. It would be good to have real cutlery for the croffle as the plastic ones ended up breaking in the middle of the whole thing. The shop is really small, only 5 tiny tables so defo not ideal for seating, relaxing and chatting. Oh and the Creamy Matcha Latte is really good. Kudos for how respectful and sweet the staff is.

My wife and I got the Korean style shaved ice (bingsu). I opted for strawberry toppings and my wife got kinako. Both were very tasty and quite rich - not at all like the kakigori we are used to from living in Japan. The serving size is quite large for one person and neither of us were able to finish. Even so, the food was very good. There is enough seating available for about 10 people as it is a small space, and you'll need to climb stairs to be seated so I'm not sure it's all that accessible for people with disabilities. There are two toilets on site that, likewise, require going down some stairs to use.

Food was actually nice, however really let us down for the service they gave us. We have waited 30 mins for the food to be served. It's just a bingsu and a croffle that I don't think will take long time to make, specially the place is not busy at all. I would definitely understand if they are full and pact but we went in on time where we can definitely get the food on time. We saw everyone getting served before us, We even came first and we are the last one to get the food. It's really frustrating because when the food arrived we have to rush on eating because we have to go somewhere. Honestly ruin our mood throughout the day.

Cheese Tonkatsu in London! Taste proper slightly over priced but still you can only have it in here. New display of the dish and refurbished interior are delicate and much better than before. It gives you a cozy vibes. Spicy Tonkatsu is REAL SPICY but still very good and end taste is fascinating but you may need more rice for that. Staffs are kind but not very professional. They forgot to put two menu of our order.

One of the few places to get bingsu in London. We had to queue for around 30 minutes before getting a seat as the store is quite small. Although Shibuya has a cute storefront, we found the seats quite dirty and there were quite a few flies around. We ordered the kinako and matcha bingsus. To be honest, they were a little weak in flavour. Definitely not the best shaved ice I've had.

It's a very small store. Please bear in mind that a wait for dine in. The service is 100% even the restaurant is busy and crowed most of time. The food is amazing. We had cheese tonkotsu rice and Oreo binsu. Both are delicious and a great portion. We also took away the croffle which is the best pastry I ever had. Would strongly recommend for such authentic Japanese/Korean little place.

This was one of the very first restaurants I tried in London and I remembered its glorious days... however a revisit last week turned out to be disappointing. The omelette rice was soaked in a sweet and sour sauce, but the sauce was so sweet that you can't taste anything else. The egg was overdone as well. The fried chicken that I ordered as extra (£4) was good though. I remembered this shop did amazing bingsu (shaved ice), so I was fairly looking forward to it despite my upsetting main dish. I'd say it's still probably the best bingsu you can get in London, but it has definitely gone downhill since I last visited years ago. Some of the ice was not properly shaved and collapsed into a flavorless ice cube. Also £30+ per person is too pricey for such a small shop with no service/atmosphere and mediocre food. Wont be coming back again.

    - kinako (roasted soy bean) bingsu £7.50 shaved ice is quite a rare find in central london but shibuya makes a yummy one and at a relatively decent price! the main downside though is the seating space bc there are only 3-4 proper tables and since they are so popular, there is often a queue, which can get particularly long during peak times. we debated between the mango or kinako flavour but ended up going with the latter bc the staff recommended it. i don’t have kinako often but i love the flavour bc it is subtly sweet and nutty like sesame! despite being a simple addition, the red bean elevated it so much and we were surprised there was red bean both on top and inside. the shaved ice itself was super light and a big enough portion to share between two, making it a perfect not-too-heavy dessert!

Was craving for this shaved iced and I am so glad they have it. Tried the mango and strawberry. Surprisingly, I found the strawberry better. Good portion and price is reasonable. It’s a bit difficult to get seats as it’s a vert small space but luckily a table cleared up right after we paid (was actually taking it out) and so we were able to enjoy our dessert! They also do take away (same price). They have hot items as well and might try next time - fingers crossed for available seats! Hope they can expand or have more seats as it will be a really good business for them.

We came to try the Bingsu (shaved ice, actually a Korean dessert) and were really happy with it. We tried the Kinako Bingsu. It had a pleasant amount of sweetness from the condensed milk and Azuki bean paste with some nuttiness from the Kinako (roasted soy flour). I would definitely recommend anyone to try this dessert. It's very different from regular ice cream. Imagine eating a fluffy pile of snow with subtle sweetness. The Oreo croffel (croissant+waffle) was quite nice, too! Since we wanted to sit down and the place is well visited, we waited for 15 mins, which was fine for us. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was simple but nice, even though it's quite a small space.

Cute little spot in soho for a quick lunch or coffee. The chicken teriyaki was very nice , chicken was juicy and crispy at the same time . Everything is slightly overpriced but I would say this is a nice play to go for a quick stop off. Dessert was delicious.

I love the Bingsu! It’s very soft and sweet taste like milk/condensed milk. The queue is long to dine in as they only have 5 tables inside so we have to do takeaway in the end. However, it’s overprice and the I felt the take away portion is smaller than dine in portion.

Nice portion, just enough but the milk on the side is very little. Overall, taste good, wish they give more milk to go with the shaved ice though.

Ordered 2 bingsu and an iced matcha here. Whilst it’s not the business’s fault that the restaurant was really crowded and busy, the quality was not up to standards and did not meet my expectations considering that is almost £8 for shaved ice. Whilst the shaved ice was ok, but underwhelming. The iced matcha was not salvageable. From the moment I received the drink, there was matcha clumps all sank to the bottom of the cup and it was impossible to mix it myself or avoid the clump. (Sorry forgot to take pictures) I have only been here once and it has been a while since I last came here so hopefully the quality has improved since then.

lovely place for dessert! the place is pretty small so you’d definitely need to wait to get a seat. took away the matcha croffle and it tasted really good even after an hour trip back home! the staff was kind and patient! strawberry cake was so so but definitely coming back for more croffle and the bingsu

Desserts and drinks were nice, but on a much pricier side. There are a lot of other dessert shops selling the same quality food at lower prices nearby. We went at a time that wasn't so busy, but we usually never walk into this shop because there is almost always a queue with a 1 hour wait time.

Had to wait for 30mins outside, they only have top floor, maybe around 5 tables. Very small but good food, the matcha roll cake was soft and very high quality matcha, very strong matcha taste. The bingsoo matcha, is good, but definitely need the condensed milk as it is a bit bitter. The strawberry bingsoo is a lot sweeter and didn’t need the condensed milk. The strawberry sparkling drink was very refreshing and very sweet, very very good. Best drink ever

Been here twice, once for a sweet treat and once for a dinner. Both times we were amazed by the quality and taste of the food! The wait can be long, but you won’t regret waiting 🥰

Love this place!! Ordered a mango Bingsu and it was absolutely amazing, I still think about it everyday. The service was very fast and the atmosphere was incredibly cozy. There is really nothing to fault at this place. Would 100% recommend!

The mango bingsoo was amazing, and the arabica styled coffee is a 10/10. We also had the strawberry cake, which was fluffy and light. The place is quite small and we queued for around 15-20 minutes at 8PM on a Saturday, but it was well worth the wait. Highly recommend the mango bingsoo and coffee!
