We
have
been
coming
as
a
family
to
Pacifica
for
10
years+
however
will
be
our
last!
We
came
on
Sunday
for
the
buffet
which
has
gone
up
to
£27
per
head
-
which
is
worth
it
for
the
food,
however
the
atmosphere
was
awful.
The
staff
I
think
because
they
were
busy
were
so
rude,
we
were
spoke
at
and
due
to
the
high
level
of
noise
was
more
of
a
shout!
They
were
rushing
us
although
we
had
waited
patiently
for
30
minutes
in
the
lobby
with
3
babies
and
11
adults
as
the
sitting
before
us
had
over
run.
Without
apology
or
acknowledgement.
What
also
surprised
me
was
how
many
more
bodies
they
managed
to
cram
in
the
restaurant,
none
of
us
could
hold
a
conversation.
Some
of
our
party
have
a
small
appetite
and
so
wanted
to
order
off
the
a
la
crate
-
told
no
after
checking
with
management
if
the
whole
table
wasn’t
doing
so,
however
our
fussy
2
year
old
although
free
for
the
buffet
menu
would
have
only
eaten
rice
so
asked
if
we
could
order
him
a
small
portion
of
chips.
That
was
strangely
okay
to
be
ordered
and
paid
for
off
the
a
la
cart
menu
as
it’s
been
taken
off
the
main
one.
For
such
a
‘high
end’
priced
buffet
would
have
expected
more.
The
toilets
were
disgusting,
toilet
paper
strewn
all
over
and
no
hand
wash.
The
place
is
looking
rather
tired
unfortunately
and
not
worth
the
price.
Such
a
shame
as
the
food
has
always
been
lovely!
