So many good memories, great multicultural campus. Everyone is friendly, never had a bad experience.

Friendly staff, clean and well kept (at the start of the evening anyway). Fast bar service. Drinks reasonably priced. Toilets are clean.

I really enjoy spending time at this place particularly the pub. The prices are reasonable for the array of food and drinks on offer. The union also has a nightclub there on campus certain times of the week, which is good as it saves a trip and a taxi back from Cardiff. Facilities such as a general store which has a decent array of products including USW merchandise like Hoodies, Note books and cup are sold there. Hairdressers inside the union although I've never used it, still handy to have and there is also a letting agency situated inside the union.

The one star is just for the hairdressing, the girl was really unpleasant and rough while cutting my hair, going crazy fast and careless. The worst thing is that she charged me a different amount than the one shown in the price list, much more of course. I could not recommend this place less, very disappointed to see this in a university hairdressing.

I liked the relaxed atmosphere and was impressed by the design of the bui.
