Hidden gem! Who knew this was on our doorstep. Friendly and polite staff offering the highest standards of service. If you're a corporate and looking for a representative events venue, you will struggle to find better.

Relaxed bed show. Ist in almost two years.

I was there for the BPM event as an exhibitor. Superb facilities and great event staff. Lots of space so I didn't feel crowded at any time, even though the venue was busy

Great Exhibition Center. Great security. Great team. Brilliant hospitality. Great space. Good location.

Outdated conference centre It needs an upgrade - staff are welcoming and they serve hot food. Not far the train station. If walking you it is a distance but local buses are 10mins from the centre. Overall ok but building needs some work.

Great expo venue,and now has a bank of EV chargers (22kW) which saved me 45 mins stopping to charge on the way home 👌

Excellent ambience, facilities and staff very welcoming. Car park security staff really on the ball - the whole experience is top class

CRE a great exhibition, almost too warm and the parking was a problem with both car parks full. A really good exhibition space and adjacent facilities for drinks and food.

The actual venue is great for the show I attended but the food in the cafeteria was diabolical, the almost flaccid pizza was flimsy and mediocre and the potato wedges were far to spicy, badly cooked and vile! A cafeteria with only three choices of food is just lazy and totally unacceptable… Margarita + Pepperoni + veggie pizza all with nasty wedges was the ONLY option… Then when it came to paying I had to navigate putting all my choices down and tallying it up on a self service till (luckily a kind member of staff helped) then to cap it all off, a sign on the table read: Please clear away after you! There were young staff standing around doing nothing and I was expected to do all their work for them… Sincerely dreadful! Only my second negative review and I really don’t like leaving bad ones!

An okay venue. Not terribly classy. Struggled with service, ran out of knives and coffee cups near the start of lunch service, coffee machine in reception lounge had no milk. But cheerful staff made all the difference.

Assisted in a sugar craft event here today. Sat nav found it ok, plenty of car park spaces, all day roving security, lots of different conference rooms, plus a small cafe with helpful friendly staff. Good day had by us. Place very clean lifts with a stair option. Good choice from the organisers.

Went early in the morning, so no stress, hardly anyone about and the pick of parking sources. Plenty of shops to choose from

I visited this place to give blood, it has alot of parking and it is very clean inside the building. The receptionist was friendly and showed me where to go for my appointment

Visiting BPM show. Well organised show and the venue was just the correct size with good parking and easy to get too as it's pretty central in the county.

Went there for a trade show. Decent hall with ample parking. It is set in the middle of an industrial estate in Birmingham. Not top far from good restaurants and the city centre. Not sure about public transport though.

recently attended INDX menswear show and was very impressed. It was a well organised and professional show

Attended BPM a few weeks back and was pleasantly surprised by the health and safety measures undertaken. Passport checks were done on the way in, and masks were encouraged. The volume level was much more consistent this year than it has been in recent years and it didn't just feel like the brands competing for dominance around the hall. The bathrooms, although furnished nicely, were utterly horrible after just a few hours of the show opening. Possibly could do with urinals....

We were here for a trade show. The venue is very good and fits the purpose well. The catering was also very good and not bad value for money.

Very well managed trade show. Visited the first trade show in two years. Last one was Kingpin Amsterdam and now this one. Although the scale was very small but well managed

I came here to donate blood. Easy to find, lots of free parking and friendly Blood Donation staff.

Blood donors can feel safe, was in/out in 80 minutes, excellent staffing, good location and am always pleased to help. Am now on blood donation 135.
