Had an excellent time at Stubbers doing paddleboarding, also just a nice place to go for a walk and plenty of other activities. Bonus for me as my Son is an instructor there so I get excellent training. Would definitely recommend visiting and getting involved.

Took BRFC U13s boys here today! We did laser combat, archery, paddle boarding and Bell boating... what an amazing day out! Our instructors, Tom, George and Brodie were all top notch, funny and knowledgeable about their respective activities! Will definitely be back with the family!

What a great place to take the kids. Lots of playgrounds. A little beach. Walk round the lake. Then the various extras on top. We did rifle shooting, wall climbing and pedalos. The staff were all absolutely brilliant. All polite, couldn’t help more, fantastic with the kids. Honestly, all were a credit to their employer.

What a great place to spend a day with the kids! Loads for them to do in the entry price which is just £3, then you can pay for additional activities if you wish. Very clean, good facilities, decent little coffee shop selling ice lollies, drinks and snacks etc. there are lots of climbing frames and play areas, a small beach area by the lake, woodland areas and green spaces. Will be going back very soon…

Loved it ❤️. I visited this place with my school for our residential trip, it was amazing!!! Staff are very friendly, a variety of activities to match different abilities and interests. We had a lovely time. The only thing that I think should improve is that some of the activity coaches should be provided with good training in dealing with SEND students.

Perfect place for spending all day with family. Love new attractions for kids and lots of to do. We were visiting this park often a couple of years ago, so I was surprised to see all the changes. Need to pay for entrance so not too crowded. Adult £3, child £4, under 5 free. Spacious free parking. Toilets on site. Clean and well taken care. Coffee shop expensive and unfortunately card payment only.

Stubbers us an excellent activity centre. It’s easy to find, has plenty of parking, very well laid out with lots to do. The staff are friendly and fun. Your group can visit for the day or stay over as a residential trip. I was there as part of a day trip so we couldn’t do a fraction of the activities. Ours for the day were canoeing, laser tag, archery and high ropes. Huge thanks to Ross and Devon in particular as they are really good guys and great at their jobs.

Shared a lovely morning with our grandchildren (7 and 4). Parks are appropriate for all ages including teenagers and toddlers. Pedalos and click and climb reasonably priced. Staff very child friendly and experienced in activities.

Took my 8 years old niece and 5 year old nephew. Booked in advance online and was very quick and easy to book. Parking is available onsite for free. Getting in was very quick and easy. The children's play area is large and the kids absolutely loved all the equipment, which is very study and well built. We also went on the pedalos and did archery (both cost extra) - the staff were all really friendly and I especially want to give a huge thank you to Max who was super kind and patient with the kids during archery and made their day. We finished the day with the Discovery Trail - this is a lovely walk by one of the lakes and in the woodland. We would have stayed longer but had to leave as it was closing. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic place to bring the kids! My grandchildren loved it from Climbing frames to nature trails to sand pits and for only £11 for 1 adult and two children (extras like paddle boarding etc are extra costs but we chose just to do the park and it was wonderful) for a day out that is more then reasonable 10/10!

We came today for the October half term special. The kids loved the marshmallow roasting and the silent disco which was included in the entry price. We also played on the wooden area, went on a long walk around the forest, we went on the tractor ride for £1 each and the pedalos for £6. My kids had a great day, we was there from 10am till 4pm. Will definitely be coming again. Great day out. Xxx

Amazing fun on the playground, caving, kayaking and Clip n’ Climb. Toilets were very dirty. Apart from that, an amazing place to go.

Brilliant day out. With more and more places uping their prices its so refreshing going somewhere that is affordable and good for the whole family. We recently visited stubbers with 6 adults and 13 children. We arrived around 9.30am and didn't leave until 5pm. Was such a fun day out and we didn't do half the stuff on offer. Will definitely be returning.

Whiled away a Saturday afternoon here with friends and our respective children of various ages, 3-13. There was so much for the children to do playing and exploring, giving the grown-ups much time to catch-up. Would definitely recommend as a place to take the kids.

Visited for a school trip with a yr 6 class. The activities were good, we enjoyed the wall climbing, archery and laser tag. We also did kayaking although it wasn’t very enjoyable and my groups least favourite activity. The instructor for this was Martin and he was not helpful at all, he kept going on about how this time tomorrow he would be on a beach…that’s good for you but today your with my children who would of appreciated some assistance. He spent less than a minute (literally) showing them how to use their paddles, bearing in mind they have never done this before…as a result several of the children’s kayaks capsized and they struggled to get back in, he literally lay back in his kayak and watched instead of helping, one of the children even ended up with a head injury. He didn’t have a good rapport with the children and I found the way he spoke to them quite rude. The changing facilities after we’re also abysmal! Alex at the wall climbing was fantastic, really attentive, informative and patient with the children and they really enjoyed it. Emily at Laser tag was also great and the kids had a blast here with many saying that was their favourite activity of the day. Archery was ok, although the paper targets were already torn to shreds and looked like they should have been replaced weeks ago! The toilets could benefit from regular checks/ cleans! Overall good fun, it’s just a shame some of the staff are rude and unhelpful, they should perhaps reconsider if a career working with children is really for them.

I am a year 6 teacher from Read Academy, as an end of primary trip we take our children to Stubbers, the hype of going starts in September and the children are always excited to go! My last visit was on Friday 7th July 2023 We had an fantastic time, the children loved it! The team at Stubbers are remarkable. From the management to the staff. Outstanding service. The staff are well trained and knowledgeable, they are extremely passionate about their job. Thank you STUBBERS once again you made my year xxx

It is fair price for the cost of entry. However paddle boats, cave (made of plastic) walk, and climbing is additional cost. Also the main climbing adventure is for members it seems. Also when i called the number today, it said that they are closed but when i drove in, it was open. Overall better than average and a good day out with the kids

This place is almost great. I just wish there was an area for swimming in the lake. It's a really big lake and they just have a tiny section for paddling which is crowded on nice days. We found an alternative place to dip in the shallow water with a 10 month old and were told we had to move as it is dangerous because there was a jet ski. One jet ski takes up the whole lake! It's crazy. I'm sure so many more people would visit if you could swim. We like the cafe and some of the activities look great for kids. Not the jet ski!!!

Excellent parking, expert and knowledgeable and polite staff, excellent organisation. Really enjoyed the OW swim and even at the furthest point you felt supported if needed and all swimmers were lovely and considerate. Great vibe
