So sorry to say as far as Desserts goes has to be the worst place. Maybe it's a one off or how people like it. But for us definitely a disappointment. We ordered 3 things. Mocha: Usually this is a standard drink. It did look really nice. Very professional. But then the taste was really sickly bitter. Really over poweing. Yes it was without sugar, but that's how we usually order it. Cookie Dough and Ice-cream: Again looked picturesque but that's where it ended. What's that saying? Icing on the cake! Cookie dough was so sweet, it was umedible. Ice cream was ok, but we ordered raspberry sauce on top. What a mistake! No exaggeration but almost like eating raw sugar. Churros: The cinnamon and sugar topping was not there. No cinnamon taste but sickly and sugary. Enough to send your sugar levels high! Churros itself was dense and the oil it was cooked in tasted like the oil was reused. Hate to say in terms of taste, nothing positive to say. The 1 star is for the staff as they were courteous when we told them but were in denial that everyone else enjoyed it🤔 Definitely not worth the price they are expecting to pay for this. Not even worth giving it a second chance. Not in the same league as other Dessert places, not even the ambience.

I really liked this cafe but I came across the really rude worker this time who really needs work on her attitude. My order was really bad quality too and I'm not sure why. Someone needs to investigate this.

We had visited you yesterday as kids were excited to have their treats for Father’s Day but after looking long faces of staff especially female staff they were scared. No smiles at all . Looks like they been forcefully ask to work their. The European lady even didn’t bother to say hello while we just standing in front of her waiting our turn. she is the one who attitude made me write this review :( one of your male staff (with Father’s Day tie )helped us in taking order as he might notice us standing there. Orders came in different shifts after 25minutes even one order was only one scope of cone. And I had to go to desk to remind them . Overall food was ok but service is poor, :(

Went on a Friday night. Wasn’t that crowded. They do have street parking. We ordered the red velvet cheesecake and tiramisu. Both tasted really good. They do have a variety of different types of ice-creams and other desserts. Worth trying.

What a great place! Besides having awesome selection on the menu it is also super friendly with a chilled vibe. Very clean , welcoming for all members of the family. Love the frame filled with kids reviews and drawings. Have a box with full of games and even some books on the shelf. Well thought out and clearly done up with a passion. And a food is amazing!!! My new favourite rainy day place. 💁

Best cafe in the area for desserts for sure 👌 staff was friendly and most important thing they had smiles on their faces the whole time. They were very attentive.

We frequently use Amore after meeting up. The service is great, and there is a welcoming feel fr the staff. We have a chocolate and cake normally two as they are so rich and tasty. It's difficult to choose a favourite sweet they are all good. It's a lovely place to take family or friends for ice cream as well.

I can’t get enough of this place!🥰 Every single piece from the menu is delicious and outstanding… It became a part of my life to go there every sunday. Thank you, for the lovely sweets, and the warm welcome all the time. 🥰

I come here frequently for a scoop of one of the many flavours ice cream. My favourites are Strawberry, Cherry and the Malteser Chocolate. I've never yet tried the cakes but they look great. Just trying my first waffle - looks great!

I went with my kids and the staff suggested amazing desserts and portions were big and food was extremely tasty . Staff were friendly and kind. Would highly recommend this place😀

We have been ordering or eating st Amore for over 3 years now and have absolutely loved the cakes and desserts. However the past 2 experiences we have had has been nothing short of disgusting. Almost as if there was a change of management or chef Order the chocolate orange cake (absolutely loved it earlier) but I haven't tasted a drier cake than what I received in my last 2 visits. The chocolate fudge cake again the same quite dry from the inside. the waffle we ordered was undercooked It's a shame as we lived this place but now will think twice before going there

I don't usually review places but this is an incredible place, been coming here since it first opened. The food is always amazing, better than any other dessert place I have been too. Staff are very friendly and genuine with eachother and customers. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, makes you feel at home. Definetley my favourite dessert place of all time (and they also do savoury if you want)

Customer service at this place leaves a lot to be desired. Sucking your teeth when asking for a receipt and then not smiling through the service of serving ice cream. Good manners do not cost anything and to be honest I will take my business elsewhere in the future from now. If you want to be treated with contempt and disgust then come to Amore and enjoy the bad service

Since the crew has changed so has the quality. Ordered a Ferraro Roche milkshake but it doesn’t look or taste like one - have been drinking for years. Upon asking was told this is how these are made now - tasted more like vanilla ice cream blended with some chocolate sauce!!!

I just ordered waffles through uber eats. Just received the order and it's cold and not cooked properly. I called them to complain and they said "its not possible". Do not order from here.

The desserts although tasted good, were not amazing. The waffles which we ordered were not done properly and were a little underdone inside. We could feel the batter, which was quite upsetting. Also we wish the coffee and water that we got would've gotten to us before the food or whilst we were still eating, not after we finished which was the case.

We come here quite frequently and I have tried many items from the menu including shakes, ice cream, waffles and cheese cakes. I’ve even ordered dessert via Deliveroo to my house when I was craving something sweet one evening. I’ve never been disappointed, all the desserts I’ve tried have been wonderful.

Love this little gem thats our local! The desserts are amazing, staff and owner is accommodating even if it’s their closing time - I sometimes turn up before they close and they serve with a smile! The Cheesecakes are lush and their waffles are my personal faves! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wonderful experience celebrating my daughter’s birthday at Amore. We were a large group yet everything was handled wonderfully by the staff who were cheerful, polite and courteous. The food and the desserts were delicious-their ice cream is truly the best I’ve tasted. The restaurant is clean and an open kitchen and prep area is kept immaculate. I highly recommend Amore for a mid week treat or a large birthday party you won’t be disappointed

Been there,last night I just want to say big thank you to the blonde lady,although very busy she create delicious desserts, she it’s very professional and helpful and she know how to keep everyone happy. It can be a bit of waiting as they are very busy with delivery orders, but overall we had a good evening out with great desserts !

Visited after a long time and was highly disappointed. The salted caramel ice cream texture was very grainy as if the ice cream is being stored at the wrong temperature. The malteser ice cream should be sold as chocolate flavoured as there is nothing malteser like in the flavour.

We celebrated my son's 6th birthday at Amore where the kids decorated their own waffles and it was served with ice cream. The venue was ideal, and the service we received was superb. Bhaumik was extremely friendly, gave ideas around what they could offer and this made the planning straightforward and stress free. The kids loved indulging in Amore. We would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of doing something different for a celebration. Thank you Bhaumik and team.

*update* Will definitely not be returning after receiving a rude reply from the owner. Needs to spend more time on their ice-cream consistency & trying to improve then to spending time writing rude replies on Google! Thankfully there’s an alternative in Ruislip!! Icecream Flavours don’t have the taste they’re sold as! Went there pre pandemic and it was not bad, service was good. Went today, service still good but icecream very poor. Threw both tubs away because it either tasted like nothing or it felt like it was the wring texture. Won’t be returning!

I’ve been looking for a good dessert place with this area & I’ve finally found one. The biscoff cheesecake is amazing. I had it alongside the brownie which was decent but could’ve been better if it was softer. This is the only reason I’m not giving a 4 star.

Me and my partner have been eating at Amore for a while now and are always impressed particularly with the nachos they sell! The staff are always very friendly. The manger too is lovely and has exceptional customer service which is something we find a lot of places don’t have nowadays so it’s nice to see this. Even when we have had a few queries about the change in ingredients they have always listened to this feedback and done their best to make it the best they can and listen to the customers. Can’t fault this place and will continue to order from them. Would highly recommend :)

Always pop by for a quick coffee and cake or dessert with the kids. Crepes are by far the best in the area, cannot fault service and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Amore for the last 4 years. My kids love it. The service is great, and the ice creams are great. I’ve got to know the owner over the years, he’s very kind and takes cares of his customers.

We came for a child's birthday party here. There was a large variety of food to try and the desserts were delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The venue felt very spacious. We will be back again!
