This bed and breakfast in Paignton, Devon is in a fantastic location right next to the beach and within easy reach of everything. Lovely large, clean rooms. We had free parking and the WI FI was free and super fast. 10 out of 10

Paul and Carmel were wonderful hosts, made us feel very welcome and the room was perfect. Would definately come again and recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Paignton.

Very welcoming, friendly. Lovely room, reasonable price and lovely breakfast even came to our room with refreshments when we missed breakfast, which we thought was lovely. Ideal location for all amenities.

Just arrived home from a weeks stay at Rosemead. Everything was perfect. Our room was spotlessly clean. The food was excellent and hosts Keith and Margaret were most welcoming. We highly recommend The Rosemead and look forward to visiting again.

Great warm welcome. Keith & Margaret were lovely. We had top room which was clean, great TV, en suite, comfortable bed. Keith arranged parking only 1 street away. Good position only one street from front. A comfortable B&B. Family room and 4 poster also available. New mattresses, bedding. Good tea coffee (de caf) chocolate.

A love place.keith and margaret were very welcoming,offering tea on arrival.nothing was too much trouble.room was lovely and spacious.food was awesome.very warm and welcoming.would definately recomend and all facilties close by. Thankyou for a lovely week,will definately come back xx

Third time visiting Keith & Margaret. Never a disappointment. Different room than before, still decorated to a high standard and very clear. Shame we had to leave it so long before returning.

We loved staying here. It's in the best location for everything, close for the beach, shops, and restaurants. Our room was lovely, modern and airy with tv, kettle, comfy bed and FAST wi fi. The people are really nice and helpful and the breakfast was lovely. PERFECT, THANKS
