Want ice-cream and looks pretty nice so give a trial. Order the smallest one and presentation is very nice and many hogue you can mix in your own. However, the taste of ice-cream is really so so and no texture at all. If you want to have ice-cream for nice pic is good choice but not for taste 😏😌

My wife loved her hot chocolate and everyone else seemed to like their ice creams which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. I wanted a humble cappuccino and they could not get it more wrong. Awful is how I’d sum it up, got the picture to prove it. Also staff are just chilling behind the counter and tables are filthy. Clueless service is not the case here. They simply can’t be bothered it was really quiet when we arrived.

It’s a go-to gelato place in London. Always flavourful, great selection and the ice cream filled macarons are a total treat! It’s a very popular place and usually very busy so you may have to wait in the queue for a while - again since it’s busy staff are usually just rushing and can’t be overly attentive so you kinda feel rushed to make you order. Will keep returning!

Overall I would recommend the gelato ice cream; it is a work of art. We got the regular to share between us and got strawberry sorbet, hazelnut, pistachio and blueberry cheese cake flavor - just a good tasting sensation. However the queues can be quite long, and that is even during near midnight (though was on Friday).

They have vegan ice cream, which is great, and ice creams look beautiful, but the chocolate and the grapefruit one were very bitter. Mango and strawberry were good. It'd be great if they added new flavours like caramel or stracciatella and made them sweeter. Plus it was a little pricey

It was crowded when we got there so we should have known it was a good sign! Our patience was rewarded with some delicious gelato! I got the lemon, cherry, and cream with tart cherries. The variety of choices my family got were delicious as well. The other incredible thing is the artful presentation! As you can see, our cones were transformed into beautiful roses! And the server even took great care in the arrangement of flavors and colors (which was next to which). It was a wonderful reward for the little bit of wait!!

Some of the best gelato I’ve tried in London. Very fresh and delicious. There are seating options too. The staff could be friendlier - they didn’t seem very customer-focused.

Just visited. Beautiful interior, convenient service using the self-service tablets. The two staff members (can’t remember their names!) were very friendly and quick to serve. Alot of options, reasonably priced. Ice cream is amazing! Can’t wait to visit again :)

I had a regular size with three flavours. Chocolate, Hazelnut and blood orange. The hazelnut was absolutely amazing. The chocolate was way to sweet and the blood orange I didn’t like at all. It tasted way to sweet and unbalanced in the flavour. I liked that you are allowed multiple flavours per cup.

I think this is simply the cutest ice cream shop. You get to pick so many flavours. The combination of the rose with the macaron is so sweet. Made my night!

The best time to eat ice cream is during the cold weather ❄️😂🍦One of the best Gelato I ever tasted Specially the macarons. It melts in the mouth. And the serving was generous. The staff was polite and serves us gracefully. Thank you. Will definitely come back.

Best pistachio latte👌☕and one of the best gelato🍦. Happy costumers! A must try! 👆 Update: Came back to Amorino some days after, and unfortunately the experience was letting down this time, I've ordered the same things and got in a complete deferent size, less effort in it and pistachio was nouowhere to be find. I payd same price. Defenetly it counts who is making it. Desapointed. The worst part was that nouone really understand what I was telling them, coffee was like from another shop and my child ice-cream was questionable in the way that was so many many nuts full size(when just one of the 4 aromas was pistachio) beeing so many and is so large size for a child can be a choke hazard when are deep in the cone. I can't belive is the same place I was so excited about. 🙄

Very friendly and attentive staff, the gelato I had was fantastic, very flavourful, not overly sweet and very original and authentic flavours. They always add as much Gelato as they can, so you will always have a very generous portion! I had the largest Gelato cup with mixed berries, raspberry, pistachio and caramel flavours and it was sublime as always, a must-try!

Really nice coffee, ice cream and food. High quality and easy to order and access. I would recommend over a main chain if you have the chance.

Lovely tasty ice cream but the sitting is a bit sticky, in my opinion, their staff needs to come our to clean the sitting area thoroughly.

It’s Perfect! Can’t use words to explain anything. I have some of my favourite places of Gelato in UK. And this one added too for sure. A must try if you are in Leicester Square.

Friendly service! Quick and easy ordering system simply by placing your order on one of the self service displays and wait for your name to be called out. Ask as many tastes as you like no matter what size your order. They offer a reasonably large variety of options. The ones I got were very tasty and the serving was very royal. Loved it!
