Spoken very rudley by jess also had a bad attitude to my partner, when asking for a manager she went and got someone called frazer who wasn't even the manager. After having a conversation was made to feel very awkward and they refused to move away, I did explain that they where causing me distress and not keeping there distance either.

some staff need serious training. I went to pick a parcel that I had ordered online and gave her my details. She (the staff) could not trace my order and says 'sorry', instead of helping me out. I had to use her machine/scanner to locate my own details.

Visited for the first time a week ago, the store is beautiful inside, my inner interior designer was in awe. Lovely ambience, gorgeous lighting, smelled incredible, all the things which entice people into spending money but done very, very well lol Great quality clothing (for my daughter however, not me) and reasonably priced. We had only purchased online prior to this but it will be on the list of stores we visit each time we go into town from now on. Staff were lovely too!

Very helpful staff in Glasgow. Let me try on a hoodie for size, then order a different one online to be sent back home and know it would fit.

The Hollister Co is a clothing shop found inside Buchanan Galleries in Glasgow. I personally think it's genuis anytime retail utilises the benefits of the customer's senses and with the shop being dimmed the senses are heightened on top of that they use a scent that I can recognise, it's a very beachy and light and not overpowering at all. It feels like I'm in another country and it's amazing how they do this. I love the clothes here too, it's designed for younger adults but the quality is wonderful and even though it is pricy, it's worth it because of the quality. The staff here are great and I love seeing the winter collections as they tend to be used more than summer clothes, especially in Scotland!

Went to return a gift bought in Florida. Matt was very helpful looking for alternative Gillets allowing me to take a good look at the stock. Definitely recommend this store.

Lose 1 star because the shop was a bit warm and they didn't have the item in stock that I wanted, but very helpful and friendly member of staff worked with us to find what we wanted and order it for delivery home. Left feeling quite happy 😊

lovely shop, not so lovely staff. since i work in buchanan galleries, i browse in this shop quite a lot and there’s always - and i mean ALWAYS - a member of staff lurking nearby me and staring. can’t shake the feeling that i’m being followed as if i’m some sketchy thief, very off-putting and really not making me want to go back.
