😐 Nope, no pictures, .... ordered online to pick up at Silverburn. The shop itself is one of the better ones, with loads of stock and friendly staff, however, the 'click & collect' leaves a little to be desired. There's no designated area for orders .... there is a panel to put your 'order number'...

😠 Horrible customer service. Sold me a faulty £1000 pc and when I returned it hoping for a raplacement in the condition it was sold to me they gave me the number for the wrong manufacturer support. The employee that I was dealing with needs to brush her hair and straighten her face.

🫤 Tried Extenso permanent hair straightening and was not happy with the results. Did not help with my curly roots at all. The owner said she would re-do it for a fee and with no guaranteed results.Do not get this treatment at this saloon.
