This is the worst place to go. They are very rude with clients and especially with the neighbors. They don't care that they have neighbors with kids that need to go to school or that their neighbors need to go to work early ... so they play LOUD music until 2-3 in the morning Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday ... it doesn't matter to them! It's midnight at the time I'm writing this and I need to wake up at 5 to go to work and I can't sleep because of their LOUD music in the garden!!!

Nice small undercover shisha lounge... Found it thru google. From the outside it looks kind of dingey n it looks closed but once inside it's gotta a lil something going on. Staff were very helpful and even let me and my friend smell a few flavours before placing our chosen order. Prices are reasonable for shisha... Standard, premium etc. 4 out of 5 as of the pipe kept on coming off..drinks were very nice. Not bad. I probably would come back...

I cannot rate services, but i will say as a neighbour they have very loud music every day of the week sometimes starting at 9 am and late into the night. This is a residential area and they are very disconsiderate. I am sure their clients enjoy so much simply because the owner does not respect anyone so customers are free to shout as much as they wish.

I had an amazing experience , I came in February and I’ve been coming ever since and have never been disappointed. The customer service from the lovely two females is amazing. The Shisha is so smooth and so flavoursome and the prices are very reasonable also. The cocktails are also very amazing. Overall I’ve had an amazing experience and I would recommend anyone to come here.

Honestly the best place. So cozy , nice music. Reading through these bad reviews makes me sick as it is nothing how the review says. Honestly feel like home here , love it and a big shoutout to the boss for turning the place around.

I’ve been coming here recently a lot and I am a regular with my boyfriend, shukri the girl that has always been serving us has been nothing but amazing, such a lovely, lively and friendly girl, we will be coming here always over any shisha lounge

Terrible service, they don’t even offer tab water and their shishas are among the worst I had in London

The best customer service I've experienced at a Shisha lounge! Not only was the server really helpful and friendly, he even offered for us to order food in as their kitchen had closed by the time we arrived. It was a very chilled atmosphere with TV screens and a nice selection of vibes music (r&b, afrobeats etc). The facilities were clean and comfortable.

The lounge is very welcoming and warm and staff are absolutely great and patient with costumers. Prices are very reasonable. Drinks are Great 8/10 and the chips are absolutely gorgeous 9/10. Shisha can be a hit or miss depending on the flavours Strawberry Kiwi was a 6/10 and Watermelon was probably a 8/10.
