What a well kept and pleasant store to use. First off the doughnuts are in a league of their own, nothing compares, they have a very popular and delicious Vegan range too, id read so much about them j just had to try. Beautiful. The store and toilets were extremely clean and the staff are so welcoming and tell all about the offers they have etc. lovely place, we stayed for over an hour and bought two lots of coffees as it was raining outside, great little shopping centre too.

Got a birthday and a sign up donut, this one black haired woman, whom is fairly large to say the least, and manager refused to serve me after making a new account, then she bans it then complains I made another on the spot after she banned it previously Sarcastically sang happy birthday and pestered me into buying a coffee Then proceeded to eat a donut in front of me There is a nice blonde woman how ever who let me finally have a birthday in peace and memorable And then it all happened again the next day

Krispy Kreme's service was outstanding! The friendly staff made my day by helping me decide on the best donut. Quick, courteous, and delicious. Can't ask for more!

Lovely service, I've been a few times, always a smile no rush to choose. Asked if we had a blue light card, and of the special offers.

As a keen donut enjoyer, I was rather excited to try Krispy Kreme Preston, however it soon took a sinister turn. Upon entry one of the workers (clearly an avid donut enjoyer) pulled a face at me - tragic that she had to do her job. As I approached the counter I informed the lady that it was my birthday and I had a free birthday donut to claim on my Krispy Kreme account. Upon hearing this news she got very disgruntled and decided to refuse to serve me. This was deeply disappointing! Luckily I was able to return the next day with a new account and another birthday donut to claim. On this occasion I was served by a lovely young woman who was more than happy to serve me. Over the next few days I returned with plenty of new accounts, only daring to venture in and claim my birthday donut when certain workers were on shift. In the future I will stick to Blackpool Krispy Kreme where I am welcome to celebrate as many birthdays as I see fit without question.

Lovely friendly lady that served me - that's hard to come by but this place has nailed their customer service. Love to nip in for a brew and donut when passing by and people watch as the shop front is open in the shopping centre.

We went for my birthday and they didn’t take cash so our friend payed in card and one of our friends couldn’t get one so a lovely staff member gave us one for free and it was so lovely I would 100% recommend it thank you Matthew
